I received the same call from this number today and they also said that they had preliminary papers for me to review, I do not respond to calls from places that do not identify themselves either, and I'm not calling back.

I don't know why this number calls me but they call several times each day and leave a message indicating that "preliminary document concerning me have come across their desk." I don't respond to calls from places that don't identify themselves so I haven't called back.

This company has called me non stop over the past 3 months. I made payment arrangements with them twice and each time they called I stated that I have been unemployed since June of this year 2011 they told me I didn't agree to make monthly payments I would end up being subpeoned to court, the guy Mr. Grimley (believe Adam is the first name) was very rude and told me on more than one occassion that he would be marking on my account that I refused to pay on my bill when I clearly stated since the call was supposedly recorded that I don't refuse to pay I am UNABLE to pay. They claimed they sent me mail stating all of this even repeated my address but nothing has come of it. I want to have them reported as well because I have asked numerous times that they stop calling. Even when I made my arrangements I paid them 112 in November they were not suppose to call my cell phone anymore until Decemeber to see if I was able to make arrangements again. They called me directly after the payment posted saying that I had to commit to a monthly payment again.

I spoke to another female and she made the 112 arrangement for me again in December with the agreement that I wouldn't be contacted until January...just now Mr. Grimley left a voicemail on my phone stating that they wanted to call and get updated information. So again they didn't own up to their end of the agreement. I will not be paying them anymore money and I will be reporting them again after I get their address to send a certified cease and desist letter so that I can have a case against them in court.

This call comes from CKS Financial. Previously I have gotten automated calls from the number 1-757-204-6208. The call from this new number was from an actual person. Beware, these guys are shady and do not abide by Fair Debt Collection practices. I've already sent them a debt validation letter. In it they were specified to not contact me via telephone...they did anyway.
