Same message, at home, on my cell, from Nicole Cardona...says "I'm trying to reach you regarding preliminary documentation received in my office before further processing. I'd like to give you an opportunity to provide a statement. I can be reached at 7572046319."   All bill collectors that are legitimate have been sent a letter from me ordering cease and desist on all phone calls.  Any calls I get now are not legit...I send a letter to all collection agencies stating that they can only contact me via mail (they don't like that b/c they have to put it in writing rather than verbal harassment) and that, if I do owe any funds, I will pay the original party that I owed the money to.  It will be the responsibility of that party/company to get funds to them.

I just got the exact same message as GIO. The woman that called said it was regarding to paperwork that came across her desk and she wanted me to provide statement. The woman that called did not provide the name of her company so i think that this is scam so i will not be calling them back. I will block them with my app

2/7/2013 I just received a call from NICOLE CARDONE  regarding to paperwork that came across her desk.  She wants me to provide a statement.  She didn't say anything about what company she works for. This same lady keeps calling me with 2 other Phone Numbers. First call on 2/5/2013 caller's name JACKIE NEWMAN/HERMAN@ 954-376-3689 said my "paperwork" was transferred over to her and she wanted me to call her back.  Second call on 2/6/2013 from a LIZ MORGAN@ 757-204-6338. Same message regarding paperwork she had received. These calls are ~~ S C A M.
Same message but the CALLERS' name & PHONE NUMBERS changed. Keeping a Journal on each SCAM call - caller and phone number.
DO NOT RESPOND JUST ERASE.

Another scam.  Got a call from a Nichole Blah Blah (276-207-8041) regarding a file.  Ask that call be returned to 757-204-6319.

I received a call at work and on my cell phone from Nicole Cardone.  Didn't answer neither phone because I don't know the number and I don't know who this Nicole Cardone person is.

Got a call from Nicole Cardone in regards to paperwork on her desk for someone named Steven.  Don't know a Nicole Cardone, don't know a Steven, definitely not calling her back!

I keep getting a message for a Sonia Smith about a serious matter. I don't know who Sonia is and this company should do a background check to see if her personal information is correct. The person has called me three to four times.

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AT MY WORK PLACE AND JUST DIDNT APPRECIATE BEING BOTHERED AT WORK ESPECIALLY IF IT'S SOME BILL COLLECTOR

I have received calls from this # too, The messages are very vague but they make it sound really important and urgent for someone to call back. They don't say the name of their company, why they are calling or who they are calling for - just someone at this number. The script is almost identical to calls we receive from (202) 688-0552. They say it is regarding "preliminary documentation for our file" and want a chance to for us to give a prerecorded statement. These calls started coming around the same time. They will never receive a call back from us.

Same person called 3 time using 3 different names. Voice was same on all calls. No. is from Chesapeake VA area down around Hickory and Long Ridge Road.

THis is a scam call always called me and same lady would leave a message by 3 different names nicole something amber knight or amber knightly saying paper work came to her desk this morning on an arbitrary matter and leaves the same message everyday if it came to your desk yesterday how did it just come to your desk today change your number

They are calling all last known numbers and telling family members they are from John Sanders office and he is handling an arbitration matter and need my testimony.  They have very important papers that have come across their desk!  Okay, I think I would know if I was needed for testimony!  They lie just to try and get a hold of you, won't give their real name or company name so once I make contact,t he games are on, I ask tons of questions which really ticks them off and then I tell them that I am not the person I said I was and that they just gave me someone elses personal information.  I have called the number back and no one answers,asked to leave a message, and boy do I leave messages.  Don't answer when you see this number!!!
