If the number 757-224-6664 and the word "DITCO"
shows up on your caller ID, the call is being
routed through a DSN switch-board & the call is
coming from someone working (DoD Contractor) at
one of our military installations outside of the
continental United States.

I RECOMMEND YOU ANSWER THE CALL.

Just got this call on my cellular, 7:45 am.  Can't think of anyone off the top of my head of who it would be but now that I see the notes for the number I feel awful.  Hopefully it was just a misdirected call and they got connected to who they should have.

son called from kazicstan (sp) on this number.  on his way to Afganistan

It is a calling card number. I am overseas with the military and when I call home this is the number which shows on my bill.

i have a friend in iraq also!

This number is the one that show up when my husband calls. He is in Iraq station at Camp Spiecher.

I also have a son serving in iraq and it came from this number

This is probably something like a DSN relay, I get calls from this number from a couple of Army units I support at work.  DITCO is the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization.

we got a call from this number it was a friend serving in iraq its okay guys pick it up!!

That number comes up sometimes when my boyfriend overseas in Iraq calls me.

I've got a friend serving overseas too so I've become pretty convinced it's her when the number pops up.

I also recv'd a call from that # too BUT it was from a buddy in Iraq.  The caller id reads DITCO.  Do you know anyone overseas?

I received a call from this number, which is apparently is a landline in Newport News, VA. But when i called it right back, it said that the number was no longer in service even though it had just called me.
