Was on my caller ID from a Sunday evening, called it back, and there was a recording with what sounded like a french speaking voice.

The number 757-227-3250 is from vacation property (resort hotel) Gold Key Resorts. I know this because when I was searching for a oceanfront hotel in Virginia beach, I contacted Gold Key Resorts which has 3 timeshare hotels in Virginia Beach. They called me back from the above number. Gold Key Resorts was on my caller ID. (GKR/PHR Ocean)You can not speak to them directly from that number, you have to call them back at one of their direct hotel numbers. I believe they own the Clarion Oceanfront, the Ocean Beach Club and another one.
