They wanted to lower my interest rates on my credit cards and I would not give them any information then hung up on them. What ever happened to the "DO NOT CALL LIST"

Recieved a call first from UNAVAILABLE then WAS called back BY # 757-292-4243.Two forigners pretending to be IRS agents wanting to send me $7000.00 U.S. dollars. I asked simple questions to verify the validity of there info and was abruptly cursed ("Go to Hell") and hung-up on.
TOTAL SCAM --- BEWARE! They never got very far with me. A-Holes.
