I just received Avery rude VM and when I called to see what it was all about some rude b*#+£started yelling so I hung up ! Whats wrong with these people ?

(757) 336-8065....boy do I ever get tired of receiving these calls. I do not know what they want but they always ask a bunch of questions. I get so sick of these people. they are rude and basically just want you to verify information. After 20 or more years of having an account that you can't pay for it ought to be against the law to try and collect on the debt after so many years. Damn don't they think if we could have paid it off the first time then we would have...What make them think we got money in times like this.

757-336-8012 along with 757-336-8065 are both CRA. It's a bill collector, and not one of those nicer "how can we get this resolved" ones but the "you better give us money or else" ones. They're idiots. And they call CONSTANTLY.

I told the lady who called me I was at work and she responded with "well I wouldn't have to call you if you paid your bills". I told her I was a single mom of 6 and times are tough and she said "then you need to learn to live within your means". If anyone knows where I can find this lady, I'll pay $100 for the address. I'd just like to teach her some manners.

Got several calls from a company calling themselves CRA.  They called and asked for someone w/ the same last name as me...I told them they had a wrong number.  They stated that the person they were calling for had listed us as a reference.  They were VERY rude.  They hung up on me when I told them I could not pass on a message because I didn't know  the person they were calling for.  They have called 2 more times since then.  I actually called the number back and got a Mr. Montgomery and I asked for written documentation listing my name as a a reference.  He got very quiet. I then asked him for a number I could send a "cease and desist" letter to.  He said, " it is possible we got your name by mistake.  we will correct it and not call again" and he hung up.   We'll see if that holds true.  These people make me so mad...I was actually shaking when I got off the phone.  
Assuming they were tying to collect a debt but they never stated they were a debt collection agency.

these people called about a debt i owed more than 7 years ago.they ask for your last four numbers of your social security number first before they will talk to you.they will threaten you with the irs collection.
this is a fraud,they are zombie debt collectors trying to make you pay up,even if it is off your credit report or more than 7 years old.they tell you your credit rating is good,they used expieran on me.since i no what my credit rating is,i knew they were full of s*it.i just told them my wife supports me and i stay at home,while she works.that pissed off the lady on the phone.and she said she would just let the irs sue me and hung up on me.the irs can"t sue you for a bad debt,or put you in jail.this is a scam,don't promise than anything and don't send any money to them.they are zombie debt collectors.look up on the internet what zombie debt collectors do to get your money.they use a land line and are located in chincoteague,va. they use verizon phones.

this company just called and asked me told to speak with a partner at their company ...Mr. Parker got on the phone and used a very rude loud voice but would not tell me any info other that he started to give me a file number when i stopped him to ask if he would mind me recording his call and at the same time I repeated his exact words to back to him.."You have exactly one hour to have an attorney call me back before your life changes drastically."  I screamed right back at him and then he hung up..He also stated when I repeated his words "Why do I need to repeat him if I was recording him"...These two people are low life scum that apparently are trying to make calls for some collection agence that has passed the 7yr. term and they don't care how they talk to people or what they say.  They are breaking the law...The female that actually called me tried to pretend that she was calling for a partner making you assume a law firm but when I questioned that she changed her story to hold for a partner with her company...who is a supervisor...

How can I report this company???  I have blocked their phone number but I am sure they have multiple lines.

This is once again, CRA calling from  Chincoteague, VA. They are trying to collect on a loan that's been off the books for at least 5 years. They never leave a message, but if you try to ring back the number they are calling from its either a dead line or a fax modem sounding connection.

   No message. I' added a "don't answer it"  ringtone , That's what I do when ever I identify an unwanted call.

Keep getting calls from this and other numbers asking me to verify the last 4 of my social, they state that they cannot give me any info about what the call is about, what the company does until I verify that I am in fact who they are talking to (by confirming the last 4),   of couse I don't give that or any other info and the calls usually ends up with me hanging up on them.  I suspect they are a collection agency, if it's not on my report, they are sol!!  But, how to get them to stop calling!!!!?????

I got a call today from these scums, first of all they have no proper phone etiquette. The caller would not identify herself or what the call was about but ask me to verify the last 4 of my social.  After I told her if do not speak to individuals who cannot identify who they are she hung up.

Don't give into these people, they need to go find a real job and stop harrasing people.

This is a scam! They ask to verify the last 4 of your social security number! They ask if you still live at ths same place! They refer to themselves as CRA. Then they say they are contacting the IRS if you don't pay. Don't call them back and definitely don't give them any $$$$.

They did this a year or so ago, same people, rude as hell too.

I just received a phone call from these guys who left a message at 8:45 am saying that they needed to speak to me immediately and that they weren't sure if I was even aware of the situation they have there in the office.  Glad I googled their number!  Plus it sounded like the guy said CIA and not CRA.  I will not be calling back.

They where looking for someone who had my number years ago.  I've had it for 7 years now.  Lady was nice but the person they where looking for I do not know.

I just received a call from them to my CELL PHONE regarding a debt SEVERAL years old that's not even on my credit report anymore.  I was very nice but when I told them I needed something in writing and she got very rude and said they've sent things in writing...umm...don't know who's address they have but it's not mine!
She then said it's obvious that I have no intetion of paying off the debt and then hung up on me!
I just had an unpleasant lunch then THIS!

These people are Grade A scum bags.  They try and recover "Zombie Debts" (very old debts that they bought for cents on the dollar.

They do not follow the rules or laws according to many things I have read and heard about them.

Ignore them -- they will give up.  They also use numbers out of the 843, 310 and 505 area codes.

The big middle finger salute to them.
