These people also advertise on Craig's list selling and renting property. They claim you can take over payments with no credit check. But you have to pay a $199 fee. If you ask for more information on their company they become rude and demand you pay the $199 for the listing. If you refuse to give them your information they become even ruder and irritate. Beware

Received a call for a person with a different first name asking me to return the call.  Something about filing a disposition.

Caller id showed 757-357-7862. caller left her number as 757-392-2091. called a cell, used brother's name (who has never had the number or lived at the same address), used the name Jamie, had a file reference code and stated that it was serious and the call needed to be returned immediately - that it was a "courtesy call." she also provided a file number and said that "representation" could contact them and that she was sure he was not aware of what had just been released from their office (whatever that means). similarly to others, the person being called and the person whose name was referenced in the message do not and have not lived in the same state for at least 15 years.

The young lady on the telephone at this number was impolite. She said that the name of the company was "Accelerated Solutions" . I told her that the person she was calling at my number was the incorrect person. I mentioned that I had been called 5 times in one day and she said, "Well, I doubt that anyone called you 5 times". Perhaps she should check with Chanel... as she was the person calling my number. More than likely, this is an alias. These types of harrassing callers should be filed on and sued! The number is  757.392.2091. Let's start calling them and keep them on the phone so they can't call us! Let's get even!

These people have no LEGAL GROUNDS because all of the collectors are trying to collect from who ever or what ever PAST the Statute of Limitiation and also the Federal Fair Credit Act. Hang N there and just ignore them. All bill collectors are BOTTOM FEEDERS!!

i'm getting the same calls...probably bill collectors who have me confused with someone else with my name.  very rude and inflammatory calls from this number...somebody should sue them...or worse.

I got 4 calls in the same day...."Marcie" seemed VERY annoyed that I would not return her calls....I have no idea what she wants and I have no intention of calling her back BUT I am tempted to call and ask for Jim or Mickie (the people that own the number in VA).....something really does need to be done about companies like this.....their bullying tactics do not in anyway, shape or form motivate me to want to deal with them....regardless if I owe money or not......They are not interested in the fact that this economy has been hard on A LOT of people who are just trying to get by....I know they get paid for every old debt they collect BUT they will not be making any money off of me......!

Called our office number, left phone no. 757-392-2091& file no. saying urgent and need our boss to return call, of course we don't pass the message to boss. Then few days later, same person called again and finally I get her to talk to our staff, bad tone and rude as she cannot talk directly with our boss.  Last sentence she said "Have a bad day!". We are in Vancouver BC company and not is US. What is this call?

Received a call from 757-392-2091 asking for me by my first name only.  "Amanda" said papers were being organized and did I receive anything in the mail about a court notice???  Found out it is a company in Virginia. She gave an extension of 351.

Family member received a phone call from this phone numbering referencing myself. The family member was led to believe that I had been involved in a serious incident.

i got a call from the same number, they used my brothers name and not mine, my brother has never lived at my address. also lead me to believe he was in serious trouble. caller said her name was kim.

I got called by Chanel today as well from 757-357-5371, asked me to have Michael call, they had a "disconnected" number. Michael is my dad, has never lived in the city I live in as she suggested, and has had the same number for 30 years.

I'm going to see if I continue to get called by them.

Have been getting calls from the same person asking for my dad, who has never had my cell phone number, for about 2 weeks now. It's the same person everytime, same voice and everything. She says her name is Ashley Butler, but does not specify a company she is affliated with, what the purpose of the call is or what it is pertaining to. Mentions things like the following in every message:

Lists a file number.
She is being forced to make a decision on the matter without my dad's input or knowledge
Happy to prepare a statement on your behalf and gives the following call back number 757 392 2091
She can have my dad's representation call on your behalf
Something is pending and she is going to go ahead and release the file, although she never specifically metnions what the file is or what it is in reference to.

These calls are getting really annoying, and they happen about the same time everyday, if not twice a day. Me and my dad have no reason to suspect legal trouble or any unpaid bills, so we can't figure out what it might be referring to, and they don't give a company name and it wasn't until just recently that she gave us her name. She leaves a voicemall every time. I have not attempted to call her, and I'm not sure what to do.

We had a call from 757-357-5041 today, they called for someone named Julie who happened to have the same last name as our step-son, but also from the same town where he lives. We do not have the same last name and we moved here last year so our number is fairly recent. Don't know who they were, the caller ID says Accelerated Fin. They called from the number above but left a call back number of 757-392-2091 and a refference number. The call sounded important, so we called our step-son and he had no idea who Julie might be. I called the 2091 number and told them to take our name off their list that there was no such person here. Will have to wait and see if we get future calls.

I got a call- several-from family members. This person called ( so far on the list ) my elderly mother, my 2 sisters, my niece, stepdaughter, nephew- and HIS eldelry grandparents from the other side of the family, implying all kinds of awful things if they did not get HIS number, in order to get mine. No idea who else got a call, or which unfortunate finally gave them my number but boy, by the time 'Britanny' got me on the phone I was beyond livid.I'm sure I'll spend the rest of the evening fielding calls from everyone, since this ninnie made sure to tell them of the hideous fate waiting to befall all of us should we not SPEAK, Oh, we spoke all right. I was so upset by then that I was beyond reason, to be sure! I remained fairly civil, until she asked me to verify who I wasn-I did not- and the last 4 digits of the SS- I did not. She went into her little threatening bit on the 'documents', etc etc etc- we needed to get to taken care of,would I PLEASE verify this was me. I would not, and said when she told me how she got alllll those numbers, and also could satisfy me as to why she felt compelled to harass all these people, we might then have a conversation. She refused. So. We did have an very. very impolite conversation. I swore-as I have not since college 3 decades ago, and she kept asking why I was 'so rude'. I told her. I am not being rude, I said, I am being offensive because you're harrassing these people, pretty well stalking me, my family, and people I'm not even related to and will not give me a straight answer. I became even more offensive from there. You have to be pretty aggressive to have one of these scumbuckets hang up on YOU, which Brittaney finally did.She said 'Well you know what ma'am? I'm going to just go ahead and notate your file!'. Oh no! Don't do THAT! Not NOTATE!!! I told her she was a jack*** ( again, since I informed her of this at least 4 times previously so really, she must have known, right? ) and then she hung up on me.

I am pursuing this, and am Googling how at the moment.My nephew asked to speak to the manager when they called him, and I believe informed the manager 'Terry' that we would be doing so. We absolutely need to stop this sort of harrasment/stalking/vileness, and I for one intend to do my part.

My ex-mother-in-law was contacted by 757-392-2091 and was told that they were Social Security trying to get a hold of me. So she contacted me right away thinking it was something important.
When I called them, they said this was to discuss a debt. I couldnt believe it when I yelled at the girl on the phone she said that they would not say they were social security, and I told her she was in big trouble she hung up. So then I called back to find out who they were, and the girl arrgued with me,  and hung up because I was yelling at her. so then I called back again and finally I got the address. This was the only time that suppose it, debt collectors were hanging up on me, and I was calling them back.

Received a call from 757-357-5371. It was a woman who asked who I was. I asked who was she and where was she calling from. She would not identify herself or where she was calling from. She again asked my name, which I refused to give and then asked if the last four of my SS# were____. I said I did not give out my SS# on the phone to unidentified folks. She then said that she had my whole SS#, let her get it. I hung up. Moments later a call comes in from the same number, I let it go to voicemail. The previous callers "manager" leaves a message all irate that I hung up, that they are trying to help me resolve an issue, referred to a case number, and said they wanted a statement from me before they released my file. I did not call back. Since then they have continued to call me and have contacted my ex-husband and my daughter.I am filing a complaint with the Virginia State Attorneys Office. I appreciate the comments left on this site as it confirmed my belief that they are some sort of scam.

Could someone send them a virus or some kind of e-mail swamper. I'd love to give them a taste of their own medicine. Shut them down, please!

she called me today at 11:10 am and left message for something about documents and that it was urgent i or my legal rep call her. she also phoned my 75 year old invalid mother about me, dont know how she got hold of my mother's phone number. mom called me in a panic thinking i did something wrong. couldnt understand her name very well on message (ann berg?). also sounded like to use extension 347 in her instructions.

These guys have been calling my parents and family at multiple locations.  I called them finally and they stated that they wanted me to make a payment of 900$$ to close out the account.  I asked them to send me a letter so I can have my lawyer look at it.  They hung up on me after I stated that it's against the law to harrass family members.  They picked up the phone and did not answer the phone with a company name.

Yeah, they left a message once for some Mr. Rexall and left a file number - never heard of the person, which makes me laugh all the more when I read this on their website:

There is a phone company in Washington called Kanobe who offers home phone service and business phone service.  They allow you to block phone numbers in a fashion that makes the number calling you think your line is disconnected.  Everyone else that calls gets right through.   Anytime I get crazy calls, I just have those numbers added to the list and they can't call anymore thinking my line is disconnected.  Its such a relief to have my home phone and office phone back in my control again.   Freedom to the people...
