So I make a payment and because I dont have a checking acct they wouldnt take my moneygram ref# for the payment I made which made my acct a deliquent acct... Sad sad world... I was screamed at I was called out of my name.. They never have managers avaiable and a Rep by the name Theresa a black lady is very nasty ignorant and disrespectful she called me out of my name 3xs... So please whateva you do never ever ever evveeeerrrr work with this company.

Collection agency, jerks called wanting to know about a neighbor I hardly know. Left a voicemail saying "I was listed as an alternate contact for" and to call them back, that ain't happening.

I received many phone calls from this number. When I answer they hang up.

Said they were Child Protective Services looking for a woman in our complex, then started asking about their Chevrolet Malibu. I absolutely asked them if this had to do with a child and they verified that it did. I now know they lied.

These people are awful to deal with. I had a car loan through them unfortunately due to my having shabby credit. Last year I started having trouble making the payments on my loan, which were $350+. My fiance & I had a baby so she was off work, then later she was laid off, then I lost my job due to downsizing, & she was laid off again. Needless to say we had a struggle on our hands. This company will not do much to work with you & they are extremely rude every time you have to deal with them. They practice illegal activities such as calling my neighbor & leaving a message with him for me, & calling other people that were not on my contact list. They won't believe anything you say so if they are calling you by mistake, you might as well have their number blocked. However they will continue to call, just from different numbers, sometimes the number will just be blocked altogether. Avoid dealing with them if you can!

I just got a new cell phone and 2 days after i got it they started calling leaving messages for somebody name ashley. When they first started calling the number came up as unknown id so i didnt answer it. then the 757 number started leaving the messages and i answered. i told the rep (juanita) that i had just got the phone and i didnt know the person they were looking for. she insisted that i either was this person or i knew them and hung up. this dizzy bi*** still calls my phone everyday and leaves a message for ashley. i decided when she calls tomorrow i might as well waste her time like shes been wasting mine.

threaten to repo my car(which I told them to come get 3 weeks ago) and sell it for the repo costs so that I would be responsible for the full amount I currently owe on the car anyway.  I have lost my job and cannot afford the $275 payment right now, so they are threatening to garnish my wifes wages and put a lien on anything we own unless we find a buyer for the car.
  After trying to get through to the brain dead rep that called me I demanded to talk to the supervisor, who told me that if I can find a buyer they may be willing to settle the debt for 80%, then started making excuses for the rep being so rude, and telling me it is my fault that the rep is rude because I don't have good credit

threatened to add false information to my account. Lied about a payment; said that she could not enter it into system but when I called the automated line, payment had been posted the day before. Cannot garnish wages without a court order. Uses ILLEGAL tactics!!!! Very smart-mouthed. I wonder how they would conduct themselves if they were face to face with someone??? Probably never even give their real name because they have many people looking for them.
