they claim they are Verizon, I have recieved 4 calls from them on 2 different numbers, each time the amount I "owe" is different. the first time I was called was 5 days after I made my bill payment.  I verified through my bank and through another contact number for Verizon that my acct is all paid up.  this is definately a scam going on.

I have no idea why this person is calling me.

They call every day and leave no message, if it is Verizon it is typical! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing! I was told a $ 91.93 bill from a scam was not my responsibility by a David who claimed to be a senior agent. I asked for a supervisor and got this guy. Two months later the amount is still there so I called Verizon today. Good ol David didn't apply the credit and didn't make any notes to my account. 2 hours after a second fraud investigation was filed I began getting these calls. Rediculous. I do not answer anonymous calls. Verizon themselves told me if I do not recognize the number don't answer. If Verizon wants to talk to me, they better ID themselves on their own system! Very upset with Verizon and their agents right now. This is the fourth time I've had conversations with Verizon agents and took notes and names. I go along thinking the situation is resolved. Then three months later I realize something is wrong. If Verizon made it easier to get to an agent that knew what they were doing and didn't mislead the customers, they would have fewer problems! Then to top it off, within 5 minutes of a conversation with an agent you get a call wanting you to answer a survey on how well the agent did. Uh, at the time I think they did good so I gave the lying agents good reviews.  I refuse to do any surveys anymore ever again!!!

TOTAL FRAUD NUMBER. Said I didn't pay my bill, gave me the wrong amt for my bill. Called Verizon from the number the store gave me and no one has accessed my acct today. FRAUD.

I just scheduled a payment with Verizon and they called right after.... never leaves a message!! :(

VERIZON calling to pay your bill

These people kept calling me up and telling me my number belonged to "Cary Railey." When I called them back and told them I was not that person, they insisted that I tell them my name. When I refused, "Mr. Watt" told me he thought I was lying and when I called him an a**-wipe (which he is), he asked me if I was the police. I called the number again and finally got a supervisor. He said they determined who was at this number by listening to the voice mail recording. He played it back to me and told me that they made a mistake because my name "rhymes" with "Cary Railey." When I told him that was the stupidest way I had ever heard for determining who has a phone number, he said it wasn't their fault that I did not have a clear vm message. Like I said... a**-wipes.

Pay your bills and they ownt call

Keeps calling and never leaves any message.  I have tried to block this number and I am also on the Do Not Call Registry, but this caller continues to call at all times day or night. No name appears on my caller ID - only the telephone number.

It's not lab corp, its verizon calling you to pay your bill.

757-447-3305 called me. it was Verizon collections

This is about collections? I got a phone call from them yesterday and then one today from a different number (757-447-6820). It's a big obnoxious because they don't leave a message.

All I can figure is it's Lab Corp. I payed my bill as soon as it came in. 3 weeks later I get this call at all hours including several other numbers they use.  I called labcorp and asked them what the heck did the send me to collections when my bill was payed in full plus I have the cancelled check to prove it. Long story short these jackarses put everyone in collections even before they send out the first bill to people..
