I have been getting a call from this number as well. I took out a $75 Loan from a company called "IADVANCE" sometime around 2010. I did some research and found out that IADVANCE has been shutdown. The company NCW that is the one who is calling me has passed a summons on me. Not sure if this is real or not. ?????????????

I get calls from this number from an automated recording. Its a scam!

They leave messages for my husband everyday claiming that they received a check from us that was returned NSF. We don't use checks and we have the ability of sight to see no returned checks on our account. That has to be illegal.

these people called me said I owed form doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt in 2009 and that I didnt file my taxes thought it was odd due to the fact I file my taxes every year they were rude they were threating to have my wages garnished and that they were taking me to court.

these collecftion agents are nasty and all they do is thretend people like me that are unemployed at the time and cant pay old credit card bills, listen if it would be ilegal to owe credit card companies , half of the us would be in jail

I am getting daily and now oftener cell phone calls (recorded message of course) from this company.
I am not the person they are looking for.  This is harrassment.

NCW will not stop calling my house.
They call every day looking for someone they believe I know because of the same last name, and believe I'm related to, and that I know who they're looking for.
I asked them to stop calling my house, and explained that I am not who they are looking for, the individual they're looking for does not live here and to please stop calling my house, and to remove my phone# from their system.
She responded with a resounding NO, and said they will continue to call because they believe I know who they're looking for and have information they want and are looking for.

I began to get frustrated, elevated my voice and the woman hung up on me.
I called back the phone number on the caller ID and got the same woman who hung up on me again when I again asked her to remove my phone# from their system.

How do I get rid of these people?

I too received a call to my unpublished cellphone today from these jerks.  They are NCW and I actually received money about 6 years ago from a class action lawsuit against them for their illegal tactics then.  They are at it again for the same old debt that was discharged in bankruptcy court 10 years ago.  I think they get ahold of people's credit reports and drudge up they can.  Either way it's not legal.  They cannot call you like they claim to.  If they call your job after you tell them in writing to stop that is grounds enough to sue them back.  I have saved my voicemail as proof of their threat that a cop is coming to my house to arrest me and they "claim" they are putting a lien on my agings parent's house.  I think I got paid $1,000 dollars last time from the class action I joined against them. I'm going to join another one or start one today.  DO NOT PAY THEM!!  Let them sink their own ship and then you can reap the benefits!!!

I keep getting phone calls from NCW asking for someone who does not live in my household and never has lived in my house. I have explained to them numerous times that the person they are asking for does not live here nor will they ever be able to reach them at this number and I asked them to remove this number from their account. Now they are calling more frequently and they are getting more aggressive in the calls. They have called me twice this morning within 5 mins of each call. Again I asked them to remove my number and that this was my phone number and I would consider it harrassment if they called again, that was the first call, the caller then explained that they were going to continue calling me all day every day and then they hung up and then they called me again within 5 mins of the first call.

Left VM saying they were calling about a returned item on my checking account. I've had my checking account since I was 17, am now 35, and have never bounced a check in my life, so I don't know what they're really after. Clearly it's some sort of collection agency/law firm.

Debt collection agency demanding a debt I don't owe. They don't say how much or for what, just call them back to arrange payment. I reported it to the FTC and TN attorney general.

Women called 11/30/11 and left a message stating they were preparing my case for court and if I did not call them back before 5:00pm they would proceed with their court case.  Phone number appeard as unavailable on my caller ID.  Return phone number on message was 855-287-7078.  Phone called received again today from 757-777-3300.  Message left stating they received a returned item from my bank.  However, I haven't had any returned items.  This is a scam.

They keep calling my celll phone and stating they are for someone but that name is not listed. I know I don't have any overdue debt so i'm not calling them back and giving them one iota of information. I just wish they would stop calling me.

I have an iPhone and use a Jailbreak app called iBlacklist. It will basically hang up on callers that are not in my phonebook. This morning, these people called me 10 times and they've called me numerous times over the last several months.

It's possible that they really are looking for me because I filed a Bankruptcy 1.5 years ago. They can keep calling and iBlacklist will keep hanging up on them :)

I'm tired of this hateful man calling,almost like a threat.I don't know who they are.I know they have no reason to call me.I don't owe anything to anyone except a walmart card.It's always paid before due!!! Wish someone could put a stop to these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Second voice mail left on my home phone for someone that does not live at this number!! Says her name is Ms. Williams and that she has a pending claim on someone that she is an attorney.Looked this number up and  its for ncw a collection agency.This is very annoying, and rude should not be leaving messages on peoples voice mail if she does not even know who she is calling!!!!!!

I have recieved these same calls for the past 5 years and i don't know how to make them stop

They called me yesterday for a total of 23 calls i just kept hanging up and he would call right back and then i started calling them back and asking who are you looking for and i even had my friend play as a lawyer and that stopped the calling. These are scammers and persistent scammers. I asked them why they were calling to tell me that they were are filing a lawsuit just do it! I told them I am not afraid of a civil suit that I will never pay, so go ahead. This has been going on for 2 months. They are full of crap and they cant maintain their professionalism when you apply pressure.

told me i owed money for a master card that i had paid off and cancled years ago.
it started 2 years ago and i told them to take me to court it was paid they then started calling my  friend and pople down my street to get more info. on me.

Received a call, stating they were from NCW (which comes up on the caller ID) that it was very important and this was not a prank call, to hit 1 and speak to their representative concerning this call.  I did not speak to them as I have no idea who they are and it was recording.
