I got a text from this number that said hi with a wink. I work with people with various area codes so I ask who it was. It sent me a IM name for yahoo. I texted back to say not to text me again and got a response saying sry no signal. Definitely wont answer another.

I received a text from this phone number saying "Hi" with a winked eye ;).......
Did not respond.
