I received a call from 757-819-4769.  The caller stated he wanted to purchase products from my company but was having problems with the credit card authorization.  When I checked further, I discovered he was calling from another area code, using a caller ID number in my area code that was a non-working number. The caller "Pablo Garces" stated he was in Texas and spoke with a heavy spanish accent.  Based on the information received, I believe he did not have the credit card he wanted to use, in his possession, merely the number and the expiration date.  We decided not to deal with him since neither his web address or call back number were legitimate.
