unsolicited call claims I requested information on google about student loans

He has called me twice about thirteen hours ago. I answered my phone both times and he knew my name. I texted, 'who is this?' only to receive no response. Unsure how this guy got my number but he didn't sound as if he's lived in the U.S. long. He is nearly as terrifying as talking Angela! He asked me about school!? Hope he doesn't call back! Ever. Creep needs to lose my number.

I've received a unknown amount of calls from this number. I finally just ended up putting it on the block list for my phone. They leave no vmail the one time I answered the man's accent was so heavy I barely understood him. I just hung up.

Just received a call on my cell.  The guy sounded like he was from India.  He asked for someone I couldn't understand the name.  I told him he had a wrong number.  Within a few seconds I get some crazy text message saying, thank you for applying for some loan.  WTF!!
