got a call today.  Called me the B word.  Who is this company

Im filling out a FCC complaint against this company.  thanks for letting me know their name and location. Everyone should do this! This is the only way to stop them from calling.

The first call from them they did not say anthing and then hung up. A few minutes later they ask for the owner, then the man stated the name of my company and then when i asked who is calling, he hung up. If you call then above number back, the call does not go thru.

The companies should not allow this type of activity to go on.

Ask the name of who is calling before you say anything to anybody who calls that you do not know.

I just got a call from this number at 4:13 p.m.  It came over my cell phone.  I'm in Minneapolis.  There was silence for a few seconds and then I was disconnected.  They got a live number, I guess.

1-760-134-2015 a California # called 03-31-14 at10:59 A.M.  I received the call on my cellular paused for 3 seconds saying nothing; the call disconnected.

I get a call from them every few days.  Either there is no one there or they want to speak to the "owner."  I always ask them to please remove our business from their list which ends up in a hang up.

Just got a call from them at 12:53. I did not answer and they left no message.

I have had multiple calls from "top design home developer" every few days and they know my name.  They say that they can do any job in house, remodeling, outside, constructions, etc.  
When you ask them phone number, company name, address, license, .. they never answer anything.  
Total crooks!!  I tell them that I am in donot call list then hangup.

These people are criminals!

Got a call at 1:30 pm. No one answered. Called the number and it was not a working number.
I can't understand why the phone companies, after all these years, cannot get a handle on these illegal activities. Also, no effective way to trace them. That's ridiculous. Every call has a digital history. Makes you wonder why this continues when it would be so easy to stop.

They call once a day, leave no message.

Got a call from this number at 11:15am.  My caller ID said California call I didn't answer it.

Just got a call from them @ 10:21am.  Woman said it was Star Design and that they were "local". Wouldn't say where local is. This company has called us several times, although used a different phone number previously. They always hang up when I say we are on the national do not call list.

Just got a call from them 4:30 pm.  A male voice said my name, and that he was calling from his small family business, called "Top Notch".  I told him we are on the National Do Not Call List, and he put the phone down on me.

Got the same "Name Unavailable" on caller ID.  Also on DNC list.  No vm which is just fine with me. Real people and companies leave their name and vm.  Won't answer these kind of calls or even bother to call them back!

Got a call from the at 3:00 pm.  Said he was from Top Design Home Developers with offices in San Diego.  I said we were on the National Do Not Call List and he didn't seem to care.

Mine too i called back and it said that

just got a call said hello no one there   tried to call back and the number does not go thru  says please dial again and I dialed the right number... Strange  !

Did not pick up the phone. Caller ID "name unavailable". No message was left.
