Called asking about our Xerox machine and asked who handles the ordering. I said myself and her response was, "YOU handle the ordering" and hung up. Has called 3 or 4 times in the past, saying our toner has increased in price and needed additional information. SCAM.

They call a few times a month asking what toner I use for my Savin copier. We get our toner from a local vendor so I ask what company she is. She hangs up everytime. Today she called and I asked in a very dramatic voice, WHAT COMPANY ARE YOU WITH? She tells me to shut the fu** up lady. Very nice! SCAM!

REC'D A CALL FROM A WOMAN ASKING TO CONFIRM SERIAL NUMBER ON COPIER IN OUR OFFICE & WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I DID NOT HAVE ONE IN MY OFFICE SHE TOLD ME TO GET OFF MY A** AND GO LOOK & THEN HUNG UP ON ME. WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK & ASKED TO SPEAK W/SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER SHE TOLD ME TO SHUT UP & HUNG UP ON ME.

Just hung up on some snotty woman. She said she was calling about our Xerox printer. I stated we don't have one. Her response was "What's your problem?" very nasty. She started blabbing on and I just hung up on her.

Similar to the above. Somehow they knew the exact model and location of one of our copiers in another city. There was a price increase she said from $529 a box to $599 and since we were not notified in advance, she had reserved one more box of toner for use for the lower price. As soon as I indicated we used a maintenance contractand did not buy toner she hung up. That number is continuously busy. Obviously a SCAM...

I received a call at work from a lady who did not identify her company, but claimed she was calling about our copier (which she knew the name of). She knew my name and asked if that's who I was. When I said yes, she hung up on me. When I tried to call back, the line picked up and I was hung up on again. Since then the line has either been busy, or it rings indefinitely.
