Got a call on cell and work phone. left msg that I was gonna be served papers on Mon. and wanted name of my lawyer.  When I called back, asked for their mailing address and who exactly was filing the suit against me...suddenly they couldn't hear me...bad connection. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call from "911" on my cell phone and my office.  The voice message said his name was Daniel Rich and he was with the Orange County Sheriff's Office.  I don't even answer calls like this.  SCAMMERS!!!

Got a 3 calls today (08/30/12) from 760-262-0908 (2 on my cellphone that I couldn't answer, due to being at work, one on my work phone, which I answered). Person on phone said she was from Baker and MacKenzie attonies at law or some such, and asked me to hold while they got a manager. Manager (Mike) came on and said I was a suspect in something or other. I could not clearly understand them due to their accent. They asked me a few generic non-information questions. I said nothing, he said you want to know what this is about? I said I already know it is a scam but go ahead. He said you think this is a scam?, I said No, I KNOW it is a scam. I worked in law enforcement and I know they don't contact you through an attornies office like this. He got very angry and started yelling. I said I am going to report your number and do not call me at work again. I hung up with him still yelling on the phone.

And that is just one reason I love you.

They have been harassing my Fiance so am spamming them from gmail for the rest of the day.

I have set my phone to automatically reject this number, and as of right now I am at call # 68 - all within the last 20 min. It's one right after another. I have been threatened, also, but I'm only assuming that's what she said, as her accent was pretty much illegible.

Wow. I have gotten an auto title loan before, and paid it back in 2 months. So when these a***oles called I really got freaked. I owe $800? So when did this loan take place? What company? Why cant you speak english? Who are you calling on behalf of? How much was this loan for? If I live in az, why are you calling me from ca? I have a court date tomorrow morning in Massachusetts? No questions got answered. Then 911 calls me 5 minutes later. It is a sheriff from orange county! LMFAO dont these ppl know impersonating an officer is a crime? F*** this.

Got a call today from Xavier from Baker and McKenzie. Xavier transfer me to his supervisor Daniel (They sound the same, may be the same person, Indian accent). Claims I defaulted on a pay day loan with American Savings. I do not have a pay day loan with this bank and I don't think they offer pay day loans. Said his law firm is filling criminal charges against me in Boston, I don't live or bank in Boston. What a scammer!!! I yelled at him and told him  not to call me again. He has called me 3 times after that call. If you receive a call from this number do not answer.

THIS IS AN EXTORTION SCAM. Scammers pretend to be law enforcement (police, sheriff, Feds, AG's Office, fake cop agencies with made-up names) and may be using bought/hacked/phished loan application data to extort money or personal info for fictitious crimes.

They've called me several times from a few different numbers at home and at work. I file a harassment report every time with SDPD. Every one has been denied! These people are greedy, terrible, scumbags

Just got 5 calls in a row from this number and 2 voicemails from a Jennifer Williams telling me that my lawyer needs to call them because I am being sued for not paying back money to some company I have never heard of before. In the message there was a lot of background noise and the lady leaving me the voicemail laughed. This is a HUGE scam. Just scary that they have my back account information and my social security number. Watch out for this company and do not give them any information.

Multiple calls from heavy accent with a lot of background noise.  Claiming that I am getting sued and threatening to come after me.  They have last 4 of ssn, work and cell phone, address (old).  Told them to F*** off.  Literally.

I have been getting calls from 760 262 0908 and a man named daniel says that i took out a loan and they are suing me and if i dont settle i will be held accountable for over 8000 in court fees and imprisonment. but wait they call me first from a 347 468 8671 and tried to collect it first and the 10 minutes later daniel called as a lawyer but could not give me and information.....lol

I got a call from Patrick (Indian accent) saying to call them back or my attorney and he wished me luck.
told them not to call me at work. See if that works, also called my cell phone.

I have recieved several call from a woman who can barrely talk, stating that this is a serious matter either you or your attorney needs to call this number and if they don't hear from us then she could only wish me good luck.  They are really starting to get on my nervous with this stuff.

If you applied for a online loan that is how they got your information.  Dont trust them, These India people are scum bags, and you shoul dlet them know it. Be as rude as you can to them

So I am being sued for a loan, and my accts are being blocked, and there going to go to my place of work and have me locked up.  I should get a job, and a bank acct.  Maybe I will wait till I am done with High School.

Got a call from this company telling me my name was associated with fraudulant activity by my younger sister and my name was on a blacklist.  It took hours to get through to the company and I found out that
they wanted me to give them info on my sisters location and used this as a scare tactic to get me to do it.  I did find out that the name of the company is Central Affidavit Services.  The scary part was, they knew my sister's name and also called another of our sister's with the same story.  When I confronted the man, he apologized and sounded very nervous.  When you do reverse look-ups of these numbers, nothing shows up.

Got a call today from a Mike Johnson claiming to be from the Dept of Justice. He says that I have a serious complaint against my ssn and I will be in trouble if I do not respond.
