These people are a bunch or crooks. Don't listen to a word they say. Hope these people get in trouble.

funny! i answered and just kept saying hello, he kept asking if i was deaf i said yes i am deaf lol seriously?!  i changed all my bank accounts because somehow they got into my accounts.  Never again will i apply for a payday loan

I just received a call from this number & the 567-244-0633 for a couple of months, and I must say that this guy had scared out of my mind, saying that the police were on their way to my house, job.  I knew something was wrong when I asked to whom I was to send the money to, and all I got was a name & city & state, then, he said he was going to call the sheriffs dept my city, so I asked to do a three way conference call to handle the matter.. he told me to call, I said let's do a three way, he didn't want to.. the number he gave me was 760-262-0973.. now I see that this is a scam!! This pisses me off to no end, because I was really scared!

Well he then called my husband at work, since we have been down this road with calls before, my husband proceeded to cuss the guy out and then hang up on him.  The guy had the nerve to call back and threaten everyone in our family by assaulting and killing them.  Real smooth dude!

I have been down this road numerous times this year. Already had a fraud charge to one of my checking accounts, had to change all my banking accounts.  All because I applied for a payday loan once!  They gave my information out to someone and now this has happened.  This is the first time from this number though.  They are persistent, will call over and over till someone answers the phone and then feed you a bunch of bull****. I hope that the government will stop these people.  They mess with peoples heads, but the moment you confront them they hang up and buckle.

I am looking into one of the biggest lawsuits with this organization. They messed with the wrong person.  My family owns a large collection agency & I just went online looking into these loans since we were looking to purchase old debt. Somehow they now have all my information & keep calling me. I never received a payday loan & never would need too. The best is their worst nightmare just came true. Overseas or not I am filing a class action lawsuit & will put these people away for life. Not to mention will be compensated for every rule & harassing thing they are doing. Just got off the phone with the FBI!! They now know who in America is involved with these degenerates. When they first called me I was driving & almost got killed in the car. I pulled over because they caught me off guard. They will pay for the accident they created,  along with all The mental & physical promblems I now encounter.

I have blocked the number from my cell phone, The caller Alex Jordan said,"f--k you". When I stated he was crazy.

OKAY - LISTEN UP PEOPLE!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!! They breached the damn internet and already have everything: Social security number, date of birth, address, e-mail, you name it - Contact the Federal Trade Commission and report harrassment (because what these crooks are doing is definitely illegal), contact your Attorney General's office and file a report, AND DO NOT TALK TO THEM! They cant do a damn thing to you and won't. This crime has been going on since 2008 and is on the FBI'S website as one of the TOP FINANCIAL SCAMS!! DO NOT LISTEN TO A WORD THEYRE SAYING - THEY ARE FUNDING TERRORISM IN THE WAR AGAINST AMERICA!!! I changed my phone number and haven't heard a word since (ha ha ha ha :) but they stupid jerks keep calling my work too ... I made my management aware of the situation and I just don't talk to them AT ALL - HA HA HA!!! I filed a police report as well, and was able to change all of my information - I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO NOT TALK TO THEM AT ALL ! ! ! ! ! !  TRUST ME - I've been dealing with these f**ks for a month now and at first I was scared and actually paid these jerks cause I had no time to think, but now I am letting everyone that I can know to not make the mistake I made - WARN OTHERS AS WELL - PLEASEE!!! I even submitted a news story to the local news!! Do what you can people!!! Thank-you and GOD BLESS AMERICA :)

repeated calls on caller I.D.

I received 2 calls at work today. I reported it to IC3.gov.  They were rude and giving me a script.  The crazy thing was that the 2 calls from 2 different #'s gave me the same script.  I told them I was contacting the FBI and reporting their #'s.  They hung up on me.

These foreign f*ck has called my job and left them messages saying that I am using their name and number in fraud (thankfully I am the one that checks the messages here at my job and was able to inform my manager so it didn't get out of hand) and they call me all day (as early as 8AM) and keep trying to scare me into paying them or I will be prosecuted and all this other non sense. I told him come get me cause I aint got no damn money to give you!!! Now I admit I have poor credit and all but as far as I know if you're being sued, you receive notice (official and formal notice) in the mail not thru a harrassment call. And whats funny is you ask them for written notice and they say no!!! and that there's no time cause they're going to court tomorrow!!! I said Oh ok let me know how that goes!!! You have to be strong with these b*****ds!!!!

This number is a scam they are foreigners calling people jobs and homes saying they owe on payday loans something needs to be done with them!!!!!

They called me to saying I have three counts of fraud and I'm gonna get arrested I'm making police report and I already had fraud on my acct so I called my bank these people have all my info they are craxy

I got a call from (760)-262-0973 this morning, (2/17/2011), and they said I was being sued for $4,000 for a loan from Dec. 2010.  I called my lawyer and he said don't worry about it. It's a scam.

Just received call from 760-262-0973 stating there were 3 warrants out for me and asking me to verify my social secuity number.   Said it was immediate attention and said if I pay over phone all warrants will be deleted immediately and they would not have to come on my job to arrest me.
