I just got a call from this number. The caller, a man, asked for my Mother. when I said there is no one here by that name, he said it was urgent that I get her a message.  That this was "? Capital" and that it was regarding her business.  I stated that she didnt' have a business.  The caller insisted that it was urgent that he speak with her or her Attorney before Tuesday.  He asked "will you get her a message". I stated "No, you call her".  He then said "thanks" and hung up.  My mother has had the same phone number for over 30 years.  If he had any real information on her, he would be able to reach her directly.  Be cautious!

Received a call from this number, they would not say the reason for the call, demanding to know my name and I was forced to hang up.

Just got another call from these guys again from AC Network. They are apparently a scam because I had an attorney look into the matter and they couldn't find a Lincoln Alexander who is legally licensed to practice law. AC Network seems to be using 760-268-9514, 1-866-401-0301, and other numbers and leaving an automated message which mentions that there is a claim in their office that demands their immediate attention. The first automated call was supposedly made by a Licoln Walker and then I received the same type of call, this time it sounds like the first guy who then says his name is Michael Selarno.


If you gets calls like this, report it to your state Attorney General. These guys are pretty much a scam and a fake debt collector so don't give them any information when they call. Also, notify the FTC because these guys have repeatedly violated the FDCPA. They also app

Received a call this evening with an automated message from some guy named Lincoln Walker saying that there's a claim in his office that deserves my immediate attention and to call them to discuss voluntary options today. I guess this must be a debt collector. It's also the same number of a supposed email that I got from some organization calling itself American Customized Network which sent out a mass email about a supposed debt that was owed with Cashnet USA.

The email also is signed by Lincoln Alexander who supposedly is a lawyer and owns a company called PMI & Asscoiates which is based in New York. However, this guy calls from numbers in the 614 area code (Columbus, Ohio) and now from the 760 area code which is in California. Both the New York State Bar nor the Supreme Court of Ohio (which registers and licenses lawyers) has no record of this guy ever having practiced law in those two states.

Sending out a mass email to my email addy as well as other addresses is a violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and possibly other federal laws as well. I've also consulted a couple of attorneys as well and they said I may have a case to sue this guy who's masquerading as an attorney.


I guess these guys who work for Mr. Alexander or those supposedly represent him never take a break, even on New Years day. I've read on other sites that these may not even be legitimate debt collectors calling.
