This number called me and my friends phone stating that I need to call them asap and to not ignore thaw call and stated "good luck" on both cell phones.

I also got a phone call today 02/21/11 in regards to this mess.  they scared the crap out of me.  i'm really glad to see that this is a scam.  what the hell is wrong with people.

I also have received 4 voicemails from this number.. only his name was "Steve Adams" I googled the number as well, and this came up, thank god.. lol.. All he kept doing was threatening me, I haven't done anything! Ridiculous!

Yea. Robert Miller. He called my job and home threatening to sue me for a loan that was not active. Loan had been paid in full last year 2 days after I received it. The loan was only 130.00 and was borrowed to buy a book for school. According to him I owed 675.00.  He told me to fax him with my cc info and a letter, but could not tell me the name. He then tried to dismiss my intelligence. I briefly informed him that if I did owe a loan, once it defaulted, no interest could accrue further because the payday loan would  be in active and they can only get interest on active loans. I proceeded to ask him to take my name off their list. I proceeded to let him know my mother was the AH and I was filing a complaint. It was also illegal to use the name of a lawyer if it wasn't him. It was called identity theft. Boy was he mad.

This number called me repeatedly.today 02/03/11.and when i finally answered i was greeted by smeone who called himself "James Patterson" who barley spoke english said i owed a payday loan..but yet he could not provide me with the name of the company..or the date on which i received the money.. Once i told him i knew he was a fraud he got outrageously mad and told me if i called the number again he would press charges for harrassment..lol.. I continued to call and told them that i had reported them and he kept hangin up on me

Yea the NO english speaking person called me yesterday.  I kept telling him I couldnt understand a word he was saying and asked to speak with someone who spoke English. He continued to say I need to have my attorney call him.  He had my social, birthday, name, info that scares me that anyone would have without my knowledge.  I hung up and tried to call back but the # never rung.  He called back and left a threatening voicemail.  I called back again today and no ring to phone.  Glad to know I am not the only 1 but I am concerned as to where they could get our information.  I contacted my bank to make sure they pay close attention to my account and also turned the # as well as the voicemail into the attorneys office so they can catch the illegal immigrants!

i received a call 02/01/2011 from this number the guy said his name was Steve I could barely understand him and the message was threatening as well.  I will report this to the states attorney generals office in the morning.

If they say something like "I wish you good luck with what unfolds on you" that is a term frequently used by these Indian payday loan phony collections scammers.

I also recieved a call stating I was being sued for a loan. Callers English was very awful they called my job they called my cell. I gave them some choice words and then they left a voice mail on my phone that sounding threating. The person claim to be Ronald Foster.

I recieved the same call. It was very concerning. Glad to see it's a scam. He said I owed $545.45 and i would be served papers to show up in court. The message was threatening and said he wished me luck if I did not return the call or have an attorney call me.

I got the same call both at work and on my cell phone. I did not give them any information. When he called back said his name is Alex Watson. I hung up on him.

just got all call from this loser.  left a threating voicemail.  from what i gathered from his broken english.l  called my friend who is an attorney gave her the information and she is going to do some investigating. do not give any information. these scumbags come out of the wood work..

just recieve a called at 2:30 pm on 31 jan 2011. They accused me to having a loan taking out from navy federal back in 2008 and they got it off my credit report. 1st its not on my credit report and 2nd I never banked with Navy federal in 2008. The man barely spoke english and wouldn't give me his name or the company he's with. This is a scam!!!

Beware putting your information on the internet!  Spoke to attorney general and said most likely a scam.  DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFO OVER THE PHONE.  Keep the call short...tell them you want your name taken off their list or you will call the attorney general and have their scam exposed!

Just got a call today, January 27,2011, from a Robert Miller, yes a broken english accent, sounds indian, from this phone # 760 269-3830.  at my home # and at work, stating either to have my lawyer or myself call them.  i've been through this before, especially at work.  i've learned, won't give them the time of day.  beware.  going to cancel my checking account.  i didn't get the name of the company he said, but i checked this phone number and yes, it's a scam

I just recieved the same phone call. I never had a loan for that also and they also had all of my information. They would not provide me with the specific company that it was with though.

They are calling saying they will sue me for a loan I still owe on...funny thing is I never had the loan.
Its a person calling with very broken english with a very american name. They have all my information.
