They now have a new number they just called my home and job this is the number 3477538131 and yes they are still a***oles that is still the same

they just called me and like many of you they asked me my info. they k where i worked everything. saaid i took out a ln in may online from usa cash for 400 that i nevered paid back and i was being sued for 4000 but first he d 3000. i told him i knew he was a scam and if he called again i would call the police. he then said he was going to fax and call my job and have me fired by monday and to have a blessed day then hung up. i didnt even have internet in may or live at te address he said. i was like dude wtf i caught YOU in a lie and he was mad at me. wish the fbi would investigate them. sorry for any errors typing on my phone.

I just received a call from them regarding a payday loan. They keep calling me at work 10 times a day. I keep telling this indian idiot that he's mistaken. Threatened to send the police to my job - yeah right. I was born on a day but not yesterday. Any way we can report these scammers ?

I just got a call from this number.  Telling me the same thing. That I had a gas card and didn't pay it back.  And they are going to sue me for $4,000.00.  They knew the last 4 digits of my SSN and my address.  I hung up on them and he call right back.  There should be away to stop these people.  If any one know plz tell me.

They called me and I said I am tired of this scam bs I am reporting the number to the cops... That stopped the calls for the moment... A law firm wouldn't contact you about a lawsuit filed against you they would mail a letter to you...TRY AGAIN SCAMMERS

Just today it happen to me! Saying I owe $4,000!!! How r these people? A idian speaking person was the one who spoke to me and I couldn't understand him...

I received a call from this number, they are saying that a law suit against me as well for a payday loan....i made a report with the police......

someone just called from 760-284-4614 and said that they are from hoffman and associates and that they said someone is suing me for something in my name. THIS IS BS i have froiends in legal departments and they looked up by name accross the us and nothing is against me!! IM reporting this number to the FBI. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!!

This guy Jim Carter called me at my work and said that he was from Hoffman and Associates telling me that I took out a loan back in April for $400 dollars and that I was being sued from the company for $4000. I was like wtf are you talking about I never took out a loan. I called the company that he said I owed the money to and they said it's been going on for years. I then proceeded to call the Hoffman company and of course they said that they've been receiving calls non stop from people saying the same thing, but he does not work here. I called my bank to make sure that nothing happened to my money, called my uncle who's a sheriff, a friend who works for the FBI, and my bf who's in the military. So he's pretty dumb to be messing with me. I don't take that stuff lightly and I don't appreciate being harrassed at work. If he wants to continue to harrass me, bring it on! I'll introduce you to my boyfriend!

Got the same call. Already let my employer know, how can I email the FBI? I want to add to your complaint, maybe if they get enough complaints they will have enough to catch this creep!!

I recieved the same message!!! At first it upset me, but then I called the BBB and Attorney General's office and I was told they have received many phone calls about this and not to worry. Hope he calls back, I have a few words for him.

calls me at work, claims I owe money to an unpaid pay day loan. I told him he was wanted by the FBI, his phone number is a cell phone and that he has left me two messages with different names each time. Hoffman and Associates at that area code would either be an OBGYN, DWI attorney or counselor. Not sure which one he is. He promised to serve me on Monday of last week, it's Sunday I'm still waiting. Total Scam! Do not give an cc information, and get your work involved early on. He will not stop calling you regardless of you working or not. I got the police involved and I have emailed the FBI, I hope they catch him.

They called me indian accent with last 4 of my ssn wanted more info before they'd tell me what it was about.
1. I told em i would report them to state a.g. they hung up.
2. i called back told them if they called me again i'd call them and harass them until my fingers got sore #@!% they hung up before i finished cussing.
3. I called back again, feeling real good, they answered with "what do you want now" i proceeded to finish my cursing out and offered to buy them a ticket so they could come to my home and proceed to stomp that a@@! they were so quiet at that point had to ask if they were still on the line!!!

Wonder if they will ever call me again??? :-(  it's been a great DAY!!! lmao

This clown just called me saying that I took out a payday loan for $350 and didn't pay it back so now I'm being sued for $4000. I told him that every loan I've taken out, I've paid back so his information is wrong. I also told him "You're not a lawyer, you're calling from India, and you're one of those scammer's who's phised information from people who've recently applied for auto loans or payday loans online."  I told him that payday lenders are actually calling their clients and letting them know that these scams are going on and to not give them any information. I notified my employer of the scam also. He went DEAD SILENT and then hung up the phone.

Very rude, heavy accent. Said the had my information, ssn # and kept asking for my cell phone number. They wouldn't stopped calling me until i read back the complaints against them i found here. Thank you!

Wow there is a lot of people being harassed by the same caller, this is just b***s*** he was trying to tell me that I was being sued for 5000 for some unpaid cash advance for 700 dlls, and I'm like wtf I don't even own a laptop or pc how could I've aplied for it!!!! The the one calling me is a guy named frank louis

Calls me 10 times a day saying he is from Hoffman and Associates and if I dont call back there will be severe reprocussions.

I keep receiving phone calls from a person representing a "law firm", stating that I a lawsuit has been filed against me.  I owe no one.

Annoying repetitive calls about owing money on a payday loan.!!! HAAA!

These people keep calling me stating a guy named Frank Louis from Hoffman & Associates and stating its a time sensitive matter and have me or my record of attorney called me.  I am reporting them to the FBI.

I have been receiving calls from these idiots for over a year now, at home and work. feed up with the crap.
I am reporting them to the Attorney Generals office. In the time being I will be buying a whistle on my way home from work.

I received a call as well saying they were from Hoffman law firm I hung up. They called me back in March I agrued with them they stop calling they just started back.

This is total CRAP....I've received SEVERAL calls over the past few days and the message left is for Shawna something.  I've gotten these calls in the past so I know the drill.  Can't something be done to shut them down.  On the flip side - they are fun to mess with - I answered once and spoke Spanish - trying to explain I didn't speak English...I've never heard so many F-bombs in one sentence.  I lau

I have been receiving calls from this # on my cell phone.  It appears as 552-200 on my cell.  He is an Asian guy calling for Ashley Smith and something about her social security number and she will be turned in right away if she doesn't call back.  This guy has been calling for months, sometimes as often as 3 times in one day.  I have continued to tell him he has the wrong number and he continues to call.  Says he's from Hoffman & Associates.  I called Hoffman & Associates and they have no client by that name, the number he leaves to call back, 760-284-4614, is not their's and they do not have an Asian person working for them.  If anyone has any suggestions on what can be done to block this caller I would appreciate it - without having to pay for it!!

WE KEEP GETTING A CALL AT A DRS OFFICE FROM WEIRD NUMBERS, BUT ALWAYS LEAVING THE 760 NUMBER TO CALL BACK.. MY COWORKER THAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR IS ON LEAVE, AND THEY WOULD NOT BELIEVE US, LIKE THEY ARE A RECORDING. TODAY THEY CALLED BACK AS SOON AS WE HUNG UP AROUND 10 TIMES, TALKED TO A FRANK LEWIS AND THE SUPERVISOR IS STANLEY. THIS IS A JOKE, BUT THEY ARE BEYOND RUDE AND ANNOYING, THIS IS A DR OFFICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY TRIED TO HAVE ME VERIFY HER LAST 4 DIGITS OF HER SOCIAL...THEY HAD THE NUMBER RIGHT...BUT I DENIED THAT IT WAS RIGHT. I HAVE A HEADACHE

I receive calls from this same number from a foreign speaking man saying he has a suit against my name and SS # and I need to call him back before it all unfolds on me and he also says have a blessed day. They have been told numerous time to quit calling me at work but he continues to do so with diffrent # like when he calls my cell # it will show up as 552-200 or 911 he gets mean when he's unable to talk with me .
