This cell center is an internet scam using US numbers to try and scam individuals inside of the United States and Canada. Do not give them any information. Notify local, state, or federal law enforcement if you are contacted.

well they are doing that to me  but iam from miami listen dont be scare affraid ect, i call about 77times  i say bads word to them and  everything  it was a succed that stop calling me because they dont want you to call them back but i did and they left me alone  you can do it too  beleive there not going to do nothing to you  scare tactics that all  that all i got to say for now they left me alone call me back as many times you want too even if they got you cell number ect call them bug the s*** of them

I had this number and another one call me.It is always an Indian guy with a strong accent, claiming his name is Michael or John. YAY RIGHT!!!! LOL
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO. THEY ARE SCAMS AND CROOKS>

This number called my husbands work and told him that we owed some money on a loan we got. When I emailed the loan company that we got the loan from they told me that these people didnt work with them and to report them to the police. I called the Federal Trade Commission and reported them and they were going to look into this matter. When I tried calling the number some Indian guy answered and told me a total different story that he told my husband. I let them know that I knew they were a scam and that I reported them, the guy then got mad and told me to never call there again.These people are stupid and need to be stopped.

file a police report with local law enforcement, and tell them when  they call ,they  and their phone numbers are listed all over the internet as a SCAM

just tell them" Ohh your number is listed on the 800 notes and its  all over the internet listing them  as a SCAM and that law enforcement is aware of your tactics to scam money out of people, and that they  have alerted the attorney generals office in the state dept of India , and the FBI in India,and Interpol , they have never called back!!!

lol they just called me from a 760 308 0230 saying i need to pay them there money back or they gonna take me to court.. haha but little did they know i have been in law school for four years now and dads a police officer for fort worth.. well after i explian what i can do to him he got scared and hung up so i called bac and he said please forget about it we took care of it, and said sorry.. what a loser ,, so if anybody calls you with something like this just cus them out haha, its a big scam

This number just called me 15 times in a row!!! Some Indian dude left a message saying I needed to call now or he needed to hear from my attorney! What a crock. This is a scam and.do not give them any money and do not verify any of your info

This evening I received a call from "Sherman & Sterling" at 760-308-0230 Saying that criminal charges were being pressed against me. They say that the parent company (US Cash Advance) to another company gave me a loan via an online website and that I never paid. The fees totaled over $400. They go on to say that I'm going to be served a warrant at my home address, verify my email, phone number and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. The first person who answers identifies himself as Officer ____ (too much noise to hear) and goes on to explain the "issue". He then transfers you to his supervisor Michael Sinclair. Mr. Sinclair states the 3 "charges" and says that if I don't pay tonight they will move forward with the criminal proceedings and that "a bunch of police officers and attorneys will show up" at my house. He says that if we send him the money via Western Union that they'll drop the charges. If I choose to fight it and am found guilty that I'll have to pay fines upward to $8,000.  Please keep in mind that the name is that of an actual firm in California but, obviously, this is a scam. Also, every time I call I only speak to the same two men. The background noise seems to be a recording if you pay enough attention. Please report this everything it happens!

This is the type of white collar crime they want to know about. They will send you an email asking you to follow up with their cyber crimes division because, undoubtedly, that is where they found your info.

Just got a call from this number and some alleged attorney named Peter Jackson. He asked for my attorney's info and I told him I was an attorney. He asked to verify the last 4 numbers of my social and I told him the numbers he had were wrong. He then said, "Sorry, wrong person.." in a jacked-up middle easter accent and hung up.

The last time I had one of these scammers call I called back and told them I worked for the United States Attorney's Office. I never heard from them again....go figure!

The call me saying i took a loan and never paid it back and i was getting sued for 8k so i kept calling them back the guy got upset and kept hanging up i kno it was a scam ...best way to get them to leave u keep calling back and saying u u gonna report them and trust me the will mever call u again..still wounder how they have my personal infomation smh

Same thing here. THey even told me not to interrupt them until they were finished reading my crimes against me!  LOL.  I told them since I didn't think anyone would be contacting me by telephone if there was a matter that serious, not to call me back.  The only think I do worry about is the fact that they had so much information.  Has anyone had money stolen by them from their bank accounts?

same thing yall they called and said they were calling about a payday loan which i never received and he did have personal info they did sound freightening i told him to send whoever i will go to court india accent this was just yesterday i had to think about he was tlking to fast then he said personal info that made me tune into what he was saying start looking them up from bbb wasn't listed so i went back to sleep woke up had to find out not listed so yes it's a scam yall!

I have gotten several calls from this number and as everyone else, I was told that if I didn'tgive them the money I owed right then and there that an officer would be sent to my work to arrest me.

Yaa guyz this is a scam, these company runs in India, they recruit people with good salary, they train them on US accent like how to speak, how to pronounce words like Americans do, they give them scripts to be used on answering machine as well as the person who answers the call. They even have the personal information of the person whom they call I dont know from where do they got this information from. I really don't like this call centers. In a Day(US) Night(India), they collect arround 10000 USD in their pockets. So, all Americans please do not listen to them and don't transfer even a single penny to their accounts.

They just called me and told me that I was a suspect and owed money.  Told them that I have never done a cash advance and that since I have gotten this calls before and I work for the government that I am giving their number to the FBI.  They hung up.

Just got a call from this #. Could not understand and started just pushing buttons. She called me a stupid idiot and hung up. Wow, nice try though.

these people are so stupid ....the same guy calls my number  he gives all different names each time he calls...i catch him in his lie everytime....i actually got them going when i said i was calling from the state police...lol....he got all tongue tide and hung up...nice try people find another sucker none live here..............(they call from all different #s and have a indian type accent)

I got a call today at work telling me I owed a pay day loan company $350.00. They going to take me to court. Someone needs to stop this company/or people from doing this. Has any one every been sued by them? I'm in Texas

OMG I AM SO GLAD I LOOKED THIS NUMBER UP THEY JUST CALLED ME AND DID THE SAME THING. SAID THEY CALLING FROM A LAW FIRM AND WILL HAVE ME IN COURT FOR 8,845.00 IF I DONT PAY BY MONEY PAK OR MONEY GRAM WITHIN AN HOUR OF $350

Same people, different number. They scare, harass and intimadate people as a scam to take "stupid" peoples money. Don't fall for their lies.

they just called me and i took the number to the police and they call the number and they hung up on the police so this is a scam don't send these people no money or give any info.

Just received a call from an Indian woman, telling me that I was listed in a crime...I told her that I was reporting this call to the FBI and not to call back...I then hung up and she called me again...I told her the same thing and hung up again!

This place just called my place of business and told them I was a suspect in a case and they were a detective. LOL.

Has any once ells had any calls from this company I feel that it is the same scam as the number 9518785385 as they leave the same type of message as the other phone number. Please let me know if anyone has any info on this.
