I have gotten 30 calls from 760-309-4064 called himself mark benjamin another guy i think his name is lyndin with heavy accent. They are calling from federal credt bank. Said my husband owed $740.00 and he needed to call or his attorney at that moment. He told me today that he was going to have me arrested and I would be sorry if I didnt pay. I told him to send the police. Anyway this is a scam I spoke to the bbb, attorney generals office they said ignore them I called the ftc the lady to a report. Thats all that can be done. They have to be stupid to try this scam. He said my husband owed the debt but said i would be arrested.  idiots

Got a call from this man with a very strong accent calling himself Ryan Smith. Said if me or my attorney did not call back the second I got this message I would be in a lot of trouble.  How do we stop these people.

These people are scammers i didnt even know wat they were talking bout. When i asked for the informatin on who it was & when the account was opened he told me a payday loan company that i never heard of & i date in which i knew i hadnt opened any loans they need to be STOPPED>>>

BEWARE NEW SCAM NUMBER 760 561 3555-CALLS HIM SELF AUSTIN WHITE. friggin' scammers and where do they get all these numbers? i called them and read the riot act to them and i told them i knew they are scammers -would not let him get a word in and told them they are lower then snakes!

I have received 30 calls from 760-309-3064. The caller identified himself as benjamin martin. Not from u.s. He says my husband owes $740.00. I know that he is a liar. call after call to bbb and attorney generals office to complain on our part they say to ignore them. Today i got 4 calls from them and i finally ask who they are representing he would not say so i ask the name of the company and he was rude as hell but finally said federal credit bank. he ask if i was gonna pay i said no. he told me i would be arested. I told him to go ahead. How stupid can he be he said this was my husbands debt. He is an idiot.
He also has an accent and very hard to understand.
