THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! Saying they are from US Cash - a payday loan company.  Have all of my information name, ssn, place of employemnt, address.  Said I would be sent a subpeona and will have to apprear in court.  See other complaints about this number at 800notes.com

This person is calling 5-6 times a day making all sorts of threats. If he coninutes I will retain attorney and file a class action suit.

I received several calls today from 760-383-1481 several times today. they told me I need a lawyer and will have a lawsuit if I didnt pay the money. The caller was very abusive and threatening. I knew right off it was a scam and hung my phone up.

These people called me 7 times tonight claiming I have had a Pay Day loan with sometype of US Cash or Speed Cash.  I have not had one with either one of them.  I told them I had already contacted the FBI and my attorney.  They threatened that they have a Law Suit against me.  They are from California.  Can someone please tell me what I need to do.  They have all of my information.  Yes I have had Pay Day loads before but I have paid and paid and paid until there is nothing else to pay out.  I know there are alot of scams out there and they do have a foreign accent.

you need to contact your bank and tell them what is going on and make sure they will not let anyone take money out of your accounts unless it is cleared by you first. let your place of employment know as well, if need to, have them check out the payday loan blog page, you check it out too if you haven't. call social security and let them know these people have your info, plus contact the 3 credit reporting agencies and let them know. then if they call you more, simply tell them you have contacted the FBI and you will gladly see them in court.

i received a call saying the same thing yesterday but from 6612464695 they were rude and abrupt .idiots.i called ftc and attorney general. they said major scam. i called them back and told them they were busted and there number is know disconnected

This number called me twice.

this is a scam they have called my mom and from what i have been readin on the internet, is you need to call your bank and let them know and also let your employer know what is goin to, here is one of the other websites that i found and i also left a message there look for it and it will take you to another place to file a complaint...do not give them any information and if they call you again tell them that you will write out the check now and who to make it out to, i bet they either hang up on you or tell you to go western union of course dont do it but it makes them mad...lol hope this helped

The message stated I need to call them back immediately please do not ignore this call either you can call back or your lawyer can call us and if you don't I wish you luck. I called the number back and got a message that the caller was away and the voicemail was full. I'm glad I had the sense to google the number. In December of last year I looked into getting a pay day loan and filled out a few apps online. I never got the loan but I cannot stop the emails from coming in from numerous places. This nothing but a scam, scam, scam, they call me everyday from different numbers and names i just had a detective to come to my house and call them back and they hung up on him.

I got a call from this number today. The lady said i owed 8,000 for a payday loan. She said that, thats no including legal and attorney fees.

She said she was going to read me the affidavit. She said dont cut her off while shes reading it to me.

I had 3 counts of fraud that they were going to press charges.

They were going to come and arrest me on Monday and my boss too.

I hung up on her then she called me from a New York number 347-433-8915 saying since I hung up on her that proves I'm guilty.

I assume you've closed down that scammed account and gotten a new one?

I receive calls from this number several times a day stating that they are from Corporate Law Offices of Ca. They threaten me with arrest, wage garnishments and suspending of my license. They say that if I don't pay them $200.00 in 2 hours that my local PD will be at my home to arrest me. I was informed that I owed $8000.00 for a pay day loan. I never had a pay day loan. I had only inquired about a loan. They have also already taken $500.00 out of my bank account less than a month ago for the same thing. They are all Indian accent men with American names. When questioned about some kind of statement to prove I owe this money they refuse then hang up. Call back, ask for a physical address again they hang up on you.

I got a call from this number today.. Same script. Thank you for the FCC number. I'll be calling first thing on Monday.

I received the same call. Man with a heavy accent said his name was office cooper. Said i would be arrested if ididn't take care of this.   I didn't give any information because thats what they want. I contaced the fcc the number is 1-877-382-4357. The woman i spoke to said  this is a scam and they do this all the time and threaten you with arrest.
Please call the fcc and report the number.  Don't even confirm your phone number.

When I received a call from a different scammer, I called them back, gave them MY ATTORNEY'S NAME & said...HERE, I'LL PUT HIM ON!  

That was the last I heard from those jerkoffs.  I'll continue to tell them I'm an attorney (which I'm not, but they're too stupid to realize that)...and once they get it into their heads that we're onto them, they might stop.

I CALLED BACK NO ANSWER AND VOICEMAIL WAS FULL 2 MINUTES LATER HE CALLED ME TOLD ME THAT CRIMINAL CHARGES WERE BEING BROUGHT UP AGAINST ME I ASKED FOR WHAT HE SAID THAT THE POLICE WERE COMING TO MY HOME IN CARMICHAEL BUT COULD NOT GIVE ME AND ADDRESS THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD SUPENOA ME AT WORK AND AT HOME AND TELL MY BOSS THAT I WAS A THIEF AND I THAT I STOLE MONEY FROM COMPANIES AND RAN. HE TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDNT STOP YELLING HE WAS GONNA HANG UP ON ME SO I HUNG UP ON HIM. HE CALLED BACK TO BACK FIVE TIMES THEN STOP. I CALLED MY BOSS AND HE TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD GOOGLE THE NUMBER I DID AND THIS SITE POPPED UP. IM THANKFUL AND GLAD THAT THE PREVIOUS PEOPLE POSTED ABOUT THIS WACKO BECAUSE THEY HAD ME VERY SCARED AT FIRST!

I received this same phone call today while I was in line waiting on my children to get out of school!! They told me that I took a payday loan out through cashadvance.com and I informed them that I had never done such a thing and "Paul Jackson" (so he said his name was) said if you did not take this loan out then how did he get the affidavit on his desk. I politely told him he was and idiot and to never call me again & I hung up, well after he called me back immediatley 3 TIMES in a row I told him to give me the phone number to the company that I was suppose to have borrowed the money from and he gave it to me and when I called them I told them they were crazy and the guy on the other line said "you don't know who you are talking to" and I said I frankley don't give a s*** who I am talking to and he told me that I could go screw myself and shove it straight up my f****** a**!! I don't believe that is very good customer service!! lol...But so far today they have called me from a number that shows up as 052535595 a total of 8 times and they have called me from 1-760-383-1481 once. It worries me a little bit because they knew the last 4 digits of my social and they knew my checking account number. I have notified my bank, but still, these people are crazy!!!! This Paul Jackson said he was from the Law Firm of Hudson, I have read several of the other post about this and it seems like they are going to use as many names as possible, please be aware that this is a SCAM and do not fall for it!!!! Their accents are very thick and are obviously not from America let alone from a Law Firm!

i just got that damn phone call, and i can admit it had me calling all the collectors i owe setting up arrangements lol.. but, im glad to know that im not the only one.

They have been calling and harrassing my wife kids and myself. Same MO threating her with prosecution. especially at work, by the way she is a Law enforcement 911 dispatcher. They threatened her harshly when she told them that they were on a recorded line at a law enforcement center. He said he was the law enforcement officer and that she was lieing. One of the deputies and a visiting Federal law enforcement agent got on the phone with this man and informed him that he was being having a complaint filed against him with the state of Texas and also a federal complaint. I believe that they are calling from a call center in India.

They were very threatening had info on me and spoke with middle eastern accents. I spoke with fraud department at my bank and they were aware of the scam and said the ftc was onto them. Changing all. My accounts tomorrow.

I just received a call from 760.383.1481 and the lady's name is Amy Frank but she sounds Indian so I very much doubt that!  She left a message saying that I need to call back and if I don't, she wishes me good luck...I also had a call from the same place right before Christmas and the man that time told me that if I didn't pay a payday loan that I had with them, I would be arrested and he demanded $800 but he said he would settle for $500.  It's a big scam and they are trying to see who they can get.

The callers are saying that I did not pay a pay day loan. They call my job even after I have asked them not to. 1/27/11 they called to speak to my supervisor and got angry when I would not let them. I called 1/28/11 and had a lawyer on the line and they hung up on me. I is a very big and annoying scam. I receive calls about every 3 to six months. The name of he person is Joseph. His nationality is Asian or Indian not sure but English is bad.

I am getting the same phone calls.  A heavy Indian accent, name mark Andrews, saying the me or my attorney shoudl call ASAP as this was a very time sensitive issue.  He said if I did not call back, all's he could do was wish me luck for what was to unfold.  i called him back and threatened him that the attorney general would call him back.  He got very abusive and hung up.
