The people calling from this company are scammers they will try to get all your information and threaten you with sending an attorney and the law after you. They describe themselves as lawyers and you have a pay day loan with us and need to get it paid.

I got this same phone call several times.  They keep calling and threatening me too.  I called it back and threatened with calling the police department and my lawyer.  I told them don't call me threatening, because I don't know who they are and I cussed them out.

they called saying i received a payday loan threatening me with my criminal background. said if i don't pay and i go to court the fee is over 5K. Are they scammers? i never received any type of money.

Demanding a returning call

These people keep calling my job and home. I have threated them and they wait a few weeks and start calling back saying to get a lawyer and they are downloading my file. How do I get them to stop harassing me on my job and home? Especially on my job.The last person to call was a James Tyler. Saying I owe money for a Cash Advance.

I also received a call on Feb 23 from 760 383-3189.  The caller was a lady w/an accent (sounded Indian).  She said it was a time-sensitive matter and to call her back, not to ignore the call.  She said if I failed to return the call "God help me".  How can these people be stopped.  This IS very annoying.  The calls stop for a few weeks then start up again. It's always a different person, a different phone number, but the message is always the same.

Did anyone get actual mail from these people or is all just threatening phone calls? This is so strange!

Does anyone know how to make these calls stop? Its kind of strange to get calls like this at work and have them ask to speak to my supervisor so that they can tell them that I'm being investigted for fraud...

I answered this call for me at work, they said I owed for a pay day loan (which I've never taken out)- after I refused to pay for "my debt" with a credit card over the phone- he told me he'd need to talk to my supervisor to let them know that they'd be sending the police to iniate the legal action... Curious thing, I work at the police station! Ha, ha- stupid scammers!

I continue to recieve calls from this number and it is always a foreigner... stating that I owe money and they are going to take legal action against me.  They call my work and cell continuously... no information given.

I received several calls at work & had two messages on my answering machine at home.  All threatening with legal action for something but no details.

Yes I got a call from this number stateding that i owe a payday loan and it is a lie because I did not take one out.  They called from 1000 and 0000 as well that showed up on the id.  He requested that I send him my bank statment but could not tell the amount of the loan and what day that it was suppose be deposited in my account.  This is  a scam do not give out your information..

I have received many calls from this number. They claim that I owe a debt on a payday loan. There are relentless in calling. They are scammers. They tell you to call back immediately to avoid legal action that is being filed that day. They will not tell you what the loan number is, what company the loan is with, how much the loan is for, etc...this is a scam
