The call left a message and said my debit card was deactivated and said press 1 for security. I called the # back and heard nothing.

Identity thieft.  They are trying to get you to give them your credit card number.  You think they are re-activating it.  They are planning to take your card number and spend your money.

Don't call them.  If they call you again don't give them any information.

Also got a call on cell from this number saying our credit card was cancelled.  Tried to call back; doesn't even ring.  What's up?

Robot call phishing for account num

Call said my debit card had been turned off.  They had me click one to reactivate, 1 for next screen and then wanted the number.  I don't have a debit card with the agency they stated.
