I agree with you. These calls interupt  my day and especially are difficult when Im with a customer at work. I now have an app on my mobile phone that has different sounds on it...and one of them is an 'air horn'. I may just have to use that for the next junk call like this that comes through...dont say a word, just press the 'air horn' button. See how THEY like being harassed.

People, these calls are illegal unless you have give the company written permission to robocall you. (And who, in their right mind, would?) Here's what I do: I call them over and over on 4 of my work lines and my cell phone. I waste a little time but my goal is to tie up their lines. Guess what? That company will not call you again. They see your call idea and, how ironic, they don't like to be harassed!!!!!  It works because pressing whatever number to "opt out" mostly does not work. If we all went to war with them in this way, they would stop. Legislation sure as hell hasn't stopped them. Yes, I'm mad as hell. I leave customers on hold to pick up these junk calls. And it happens up to 20 times a day. Some of these A******s call over and over on the same day!!
