Robert,  this is just a discussion board.  It has no means or ability to stop anyone from calling anyone.

Calling re urgent matter  but does not say what it is and gives a case number.  Not about to call without an explanation in detail and a letter.  Please stop them

I received a call today and work from someone about an important matter and to return call at 760-423-1144, i don't know who these people think they are to call someone at there work place.  if they need or want me that bad send me something in the mail

I have being getting harassing calls from this CPS company thinking they were a legal company till I checked the FBI website and checked these 7604231100 and 7604231144 numbers.  This company has called me at work, home, cell and my relatives looking for a payment for a delinquent loan. They had my information and was determined to get paid. They told me I didn?t need to call the creditor because they were the point of contact.  The person as I spoke to introduced himself as Robert  Smith at Ext 111. You have predatory lending well you have predatory collectors.

CPS collections was very nice to me.  They let my settlement my debt for 75% of the balance.  As a matter of fact, at the end I was overcharged by $8 and they refunded it to my bank account.  I was amazed but very happy.  The lady I dealt with was Heather.

I have just received a phone call my Caller ID read Case Mgmt Div the phone number was 571-431-1986.  They told me to call them as soon as possible and it was very important.  The number they told me to call was 760-423-1144.  They did not leave a name other than for me to call I know we are really fed up of companies like this.  I have found a web sit that say we can make money off of companies that keep calling us.  I dont know how true it is but it never hurts to try here it is www.callercomplaints.com/articles/Make500.aspx and I hope it works.  It is time for us to fight back. received a call from this number, CPS investigations...steve parker answered the phone...no information was left on my voice mail.  i have never received a letter from this company or anything...they even had my name wrong..  not sure why they get my number every so often, but they harrass me for a while then call back in a few months to start it over again..please track them down.  i looked on the web and believe this company is a scam...if something is that important a letter will be mailed if it is legite...be ware of this caller.

Company that sued me. they have a lien on my house for a hospital bill on my girlfriends and my kid and wanted to talk to me before attempting a foreclosure. I havent paid my mortgage in 7 months anyhow, stupid doctors charging me way too much for medical service...not my fault. vote obama '08

I got the same message at work. I am not about to call a long distance # that I have no idea what it is about. I figure if they need to bet a hold of me they should have my mailing address and contact me through the mail.
