Oh and they have been saying for 3 months now that if I did not call today by monday next week I would be in jail.  I am still here... :)  They are frauds....

I understand it is scary... I was too when I received my 1st call several months ago.  I had actually had a couple loans in the past so I questioned it,... these guys were very rude and demanding.  I figured after that it was not true.  SO I have ignored their calls ever since.  Until they called my wifes cell and told her that I was using her social security # illegally!  That pissed me off!  I am out to get these guys...

SO I called them back today, informed them that this conversation is being recorded and I am forwarding the tape to the FBI.  He got irate!!!  He told me that the FBI is in his left pocket!   Then cussed me out and hung up the phone...  Called back, he hung up again.  

I really want this team of idiots to go down!  Has anyone successfully been able to find a way to catch them legally?

I had this happen to me today and scared the crap out of me! I do not remember this loan! Thank God for my mom for seeing it is scam.  They threatend to arrest me and press 3 seperate charges against me including 30 days in jail!
My question for all of you is what ended up happening to you? Did you end up have charges against you?

I received a call from a foreign man saying that I had 24 hours to cantact me and if I didn't that I wouldn't like the way the situation turned out. He said I would be arrested on my job or at my home if I didn't pay a loan in the amount of $922.00 he said he didn't know when the money went into my account but he knew I had a judment on my credit report for instant cash in February 2011. I ask him could he send some proof that this money went into my account. I search my credit report and bank account there was no money put in the account from instant cash. I called instant cash to see if they deposited any money in my account they didn't even know me. I hired a lawyer and the lawyer called and suddenly they didn't have time to talk. They lied and said they had talk to my lawyer the previous day about sending over the necessary documents and they in fact didn't take to her.

I received a message on my number at work from a man speaking with a very strong accent. Indian I think. From what I could understand of the message he was telling me or my lawyer to call back immediately. If he didn't hear from me or my lawyer he said "all I can say is good luck. You will be responsible for this situation". I did call back and received a different person who wanted to know what my phone number was. He then put me on hold and the line went dead.

i received the same calls from a man with indian accent with threathing words they all sound the same but uses ddifferent names and numbers cant understand the message that much  but its always threathing

Well i keep getting calls to my work and cell number with these calls the are trying to screw me over with 2500.00 if i don't pay 500.00 by the end of the day. They keep telling that if i don't pay up they are going to send a sheriff to my job and get me fired for being fraudulent. I just keep writing down the numbers and there names, they always change them around, not only that it sounds like if the were calling from call center. They  have my social and i already put in alert out for it, and made a police report, and forward it to Identity theft , in case something happens they will already be aware of it. Just ignore the calls or give them a number to any police branch, tell them the number is for you lawyer.

I got the same message as everyone else here and they have my social security number and everything saying i got a loan which i didnt is their any way 2 fix this

Same story as everyone else. I went to the my district attorney office and they had me call the number right then and there. They hung up real fast once that happened.

You can also refer them to the Secret Service - When they ask if you are "name" and you recognize the heavy middle eastern accent - just tell them they need to call 989-497-0580.  Don't tell them who the number is to, just that they would reach the person they are looking for.

I figured if anyone could help the international scam artists, the Secret Service would be happy to!!

okay so i received the same number from some rude indian lady sayin that i needed to pay then 1000 because i had criminal charges brought against me for fraud or something.. Then said they will be suing me for 8000 i told them to supoena me or go to hell. My lawyer said it is a scam and to not give any information

i had the same priviledge. indian speaking guy with broken accent.said he is from law office of instant cash.that i have unpaid loans,and owe 8000.00.    to be paid ,or go to court and have a money laundering charge against me.then he connected to attorney sabrina cruz.asked if i was lonnie potterf.then read off the last 4 digits of my social security card.i said that was correct.she told me she had 3 counts against me,and could go to jail;and if i was in trouble with law;id have to report to probation officer.she asked me what im going to do about it. i told her,i didnt think i owed money,for payday loan.she said the loan company wrote the loan off as bad cause,and her company,picked up these unpaid loans.she told me either pay 745.45 or,id be facing a 8000.00 lawsuit.she would come out and put me in jail.i told her i could pay 100.00 on it and she said200.00,and balance in two weeks,which will be the 25th of this month.i had a pre-paid visa card.the 200.00 was taken out alright. i looked it up on card,got a name. onyx credit services,metro,ny. phon is 646-924-1710. i was asked to fax this paper to her,sabrina,with a picture of my dl,and signature below it..little to her surprise,she got her last dollar from me. i sure hope she enjoys it.she will rot in hell. lonnie

I had this Guy calling my work saying that he is from the laww offices of instacash.com describing to me that i have unpaid loans and gave me the afadava number saying that i owe $1,045.57 to be paid now or go to court and have a money laundering charge against me , then Connected me with a lady saying her name was Sabrina Cruz , and i was taken for the amount because i did have a couple of payday loans out , but i contacted them afterwards to find out they had nothing to do with it . I was given this number to call her 760-429-2870 and the fax number of 206-376-0462. rbmarti@yahoo.com   I;m not sure how they got all my information !

Same thing here....Calling me and telling me I have an unpaid loan from Insta Cash and 3 criminal charges pending in court tomorrow.  She read the afidavit to me, with no interuptions as I was instructed.  Since I haven't had any loans and didn't owe this company the 8000 she claimed, I told her that I know this is a scam and she does too.  She said fine that they would come to my house tomorrow to serve me papers and arrest me.  I said okay and she hung up.  A few minutes later a man started calling again and I told him the same, I know its a scam and have contacted the authorities and he needs to quit calling me at work.  No more calls.  But where else can we go to report this fraud?

Oh I'm glad I looked this up. They called me 4 times today, I finally answered and I spoke to them and some guy with a serious accent was talking to me and I said "please don't get offended but please let me speak to an american who doesn't have an accent" and then he hung up and called back.

Then I said i'm a Legal major at the university of texas and that I knew my rights and that I was recording their call and they first said it was all a misunderstanding but then called back 20 minutes later and told me that my court information was coming on Monday.
So I said she shouldn't tell me that I need a lawyer because in 3 months I will be one, and that she should consider a lawyer because my phone recorder has a voice decoder than can track any voice and narrow it down to 100 people.  HAHAHAHAHAHA
It's totally a scam.

They are some pay day loan place that I never accepted money from.

a dion nash keeps calling me and ,y job threatening me but never getting to what they really want told them to either tell me what they want or stop calling me at home and my job i told them i am filing a police report for harrassment so when i asked for a mailing address he hung up. I told them they cant even speak english to explain to me what the heck they wanted

Person (left a message)  indicated he was Travis and was from an attorney's office both on my cell phone and office messages.   Said not to ignore.

These people are claiming to be from the us attorney office saying I owe money and there's a case pending in court. I have contacted BBB;Federal Trade Commision and Attorney General. Also advised to file police report

I called this number back and insisted on a company name and address. They have been calling my job but leaving message on the public line which is open to over 300 employees. They keep saying they are in the back office of an attorney at law but will not give the legal name. I got so mad I asked where they were in Calif because I was flying out there with the authorities to deport them he hung up on me. Sometimes the messages say they are an attorney, sherriff and  lately Dion Nash but  you can't get who the company is from them. this number is not register to a company so can turn in to the Attorney's General at this point

keep calling my job saying that i owe them money, They say they are from a attorney's office i have turned this number in to the attorney generals office but they keep calling my job.

Recv called from foreigner stated that they are from an attorney office and gave last four of my social security number and claims I owe $1020  for a payday loan and that I will be subpoena  to go to court.

They say they are from the us attorny office and want money.
