I got several texts from this guy saying he wanted to make out with me and have sex with me and take showers with me. he somehow had a picture of me and called me. i asked who it was and to please leave me alone, and then he asked me to sing him a twinkle twinkle song. I threatened to call the cops, but they didn't care. Ugh some people scare the crap out of me

I get a call from "Robert" about every week.  When I answer and tell him to stop calling me he just hangs up on me.  Call the number back and mailbox is full or it's disconnected.  Ugh!!!

Take my number off your call list.   You have been calling me for weeks, but will never talk when I pick up the phone.  This is harassment!  Please, don't call here again.

Multiple calls from this offensive individual, can't believe he thinks he is going to get work the way he conducts himself.

It showed as a wireless number. There was a short period of music, then this guy asked me if I was the lady of the house. I asked him "Who are you looking for?" He wouldn't answer, "What's this about?" he said "Arey you the lady of the house?" I hung up.

I've received several calls from "The Design Center" , and have requested to be taken off their calling list.  My husband is a contractor, and we have no use for their "home repair" services- I've explained this , too, but they called again at 8:35 am.  BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Called at 6:49PM on a Sunday evening - First it was just music playing when I answered - Right as I was hanging up I heard a guy say hello - DUH!  What a pathetic telemarketer playing music!  Get a real job you dunce!

Similar to these other complaints, slick sales guy who called himself Brian. We're on the do not call list but these weasels obviously don't care.

If these con-men ignore the Do-Not-Call register, you can also file a seperate complaint at www.fcc.gov You can fill out a more detailed report than the one on the DNC complaint site, and you even make it a sworn statement that can be used in prosecuting the crooks. It only takes a couple of minutes to fill out the complaint. If convicted they could get a Federal felony conviction. Don't let them win: Counterattack!

Rude adult male caller.  Has my name and claims to have been at my home.  Calls frequently between 5:00 and 7:00pm.  On Do Not Call Registry, subject has says he does not care.

a man called and said my husbands name I said sorry he is not home and he hung up.  i called back and it said remodeling had a full box and couldnt leave a message

This guy called me with the same sales pich as you guys mentioned.  Maybe we should meet him at a store parking lot and really get to know him at close range. Spread the word to friends & family.  This looser could be a danger to himself.

Annoying marketing practices.  The telemarketer, Jeff called Sunday.  I told him to take my number off the list and never call again.  A few minutes later he call again from another phone and continued. I told him not to call again and he continued to call several times.  Please get this guy under control.  I would NEVER do business with that company and will tell others. Recieved a phone call from this number on Wednesday, Feb 22nd at 1:13PM PST. Unfortunately the caller chose not to leave a message on my answering machine.

Just got a call from this number.  I answered and they hung up...

I got the same kind of phone call tonight from the same man.  He would not give me his name or his info.  Said he wanted to sell me some home improvements for the inside of my home.  I told him that I was not interested and that I would never hire someone that called me at 8:00 at night.  He proceeded to tell me that it was not 8:00, but 7:55.  I told him to never call me again and hung up.  We are also on the do not call list.

No message left.

Same thing happed to us, the call and hang up, you call back voice mail is full and it simply says "remodeling"

Just received a call from a fast speaking younger male who had asked for person that doesn't even live in my household.  I interupted the man by saying you have the wrong number.  He continued to ask for the same individual in which I had stated once again that person does not live here.  The man then got angry and asked if I was the homeowner. I once again told him he had the wrong number and he then became irate so I hung up on him.  The number came up as a wireless phone caller.  This number has called before but no message left.  We are also on the do not call list.

Recieved a call from this phone number on Monday, Feb. 13th at 6:59PM. I made the command decision to allow my answering machine to take the call, since I did not recognize the phone number on my Caller ID. The caller obviously chose that hour with one thought in mind, that at least one person would be home to take the call. The caller chose not to leave a message and ended to call.

I just received a call and didn't recognize the caller ID, and at first there was some type of amateur synthesized music playing while I was on hold to receive a call?... very hokey, then a young sounding voice said, "Mr. H_____, this is Bill, and I said, Bill Who? and then there was silence and I hung up. Sounded like a hustle and from the messages here it was a salesman trying to set home improvement appointments. From the approach I wouldn't trust him or any company he represented. The "This is Bill" is a phony-sounding and amateurish and misleading approach in my book.

Received a call from this number this morning indicating Wireless Caller and the number, but when I said hello there was no response.

Man knew my name and was aggressively pushing free home estimate on home improvements. Went as far as telling me he would be knoking at my door on Friday and asked if I would open the door.

Fast talking, knew my name and said it was a courtesy call concerning (didn't understand the individual).  At that point I hung up.

This is a fast talking young man who thought he was talking to a Mr. Gillis.  I tried to save him the trouble but he wouldn't shut up long enough to allow me to speak.  Very rude hustler.  If he can't listen to me on the solicitation call how can I expect him to listen to me when I tell him what I want him to do.  He was attempted to sell handyman services, home repairs, etc.  I am on the do not call list but it is apparent that he doesn't care about that.  This cellular phone is on the Cingular Wireless network out of Oceanside, CA
