Caller calls and asks for attorney by first name, implying they are friends.  When told not available, says he will call back and hangs up.  Just stop it ... does that ever work for you?  

PAID LAWYER REFERRAL SERVICE. B.S. STOP CALLING ME. I'M NOT INTERESTED.

A man from LawInfo has called many times even after we told him our firm is not interested.  He interrupts every time we try to explain we are not interested and then argues with us. Why would anyone do business with someone so rude to start with?? He says other attorneys are on their panel, and then he starts mumbling names.  Even then we told him we don't pay for referrals, and he then argues it's not a referral sight.  It is under our state rules, which means we cannot participate.

These people call several times a week and we have told them already we are not interested, at which point they became very rude.  No means no, and you'd think they'd be more careful about sounding harassing to a lawyer. They use other lawyers names, making it sound as if they work with them.  The whole thing sounds shady.

I got a call from "Natasha".  She said that my attorney was a candidate to be on the criminal panel.  Apparently, if an attorney wants to be on this "panel" he/she has to pay for it.  She was on speaker phone and I couldn't understand her so I asked her to take me off speaker.  I still couldn't understand her. She was rude and sort of inferred that I wasn't bright enough to carry on a conversation about an attorney business matter.  She gave me names of attorneys who were on the "panel" but I couldn't understand who they were.

Kept getting voice mail from a lazy sounding female..could not understand the name but to call back 760-510-3000 if interested to be selected a a member of some legal counsel alliance. Also said that it is working with some firms and some individual names that was difficult to understand.

Kept calling about needing a member for a legal panel, saying to call back within certain day for selection.

Another call from Natasha!!!  This time she was even more rude and was almost refusing to give her supervisors name until I told her the next call would be to the BBB and that I had already researched the company and knew where the main corporate office was.  

So, I called "Jason" her supervisor and found out his name is Jason Werenberg (sp) and you can reach him at (800) 397-3743 Law Info.  Jason states "to be honest Hedda (always a heads up that it is not) we have only gotten about 1 call complaining about our calls in the past 4 months"...

I think a call is in order to the BBB if this continues.  I urge everyone who is getting rude, repeat calls from law Info to call Jason and to complain, complain, complain.  That is Jason Werenberg at (800) 397-3743 and you can also reach him by calling the number the sales person leaves (760) 510-3000

Same thing here.  Just received a voice mail from Natasha.  Lead counsel mumble, mumble mumble..."you are a candidate to be on our lead attorney panel"...mumble, mumble.    

Called back.  Horrible connection.  Very lazy drawl.  I asked her to repeat herself and she hung up on me.  I called back stating we had a bad connection and that I lost her.  Again, she mumbled and spoke very "lazy".   She did finally tell me that they only work with "four attorneys in any one aread code" and that Mr. ___was referrred to her.  There are a referral agency called Law Info.

Just got a call at our office from a "Natasha" stating that she was "lead counsel" of... lazy sounding mumbles mumbles mumbles.  When I asked her to repeat the info because I couldn't understand her, she just hung up.

Many years, huh? So you decide to look up the number on this site today, even though you know who they are?

Wow, imagine what a good job you get if you knew how to lie convincingly, instead of being stuck shilling on the internet for pennies. Sad.

Actually, this company offers extremely competitive marketing packages for attorneys.  It's not a referral service; opposite actually. My company has worked with them for many years handeling our marketing, websites and SEO campaigns.  I've never heard any bad press regarding them and we've had nothing but a positive working relationship since 2001.

This number has tried several ways to get through to my boss.  We are not interested AT ALL.  Stop calling.

it's like harrassment! They don't take no for an answer. I professionally told him the attorney I work for is not interested and had to firmly spell out that N-O means no.  Now he's calling back yet again pretending to be a client returning her call!

This number keeps calling my office and mumbles something and when I ask them to repeat they simply hang up.

This is, I believe, a pay referral company; as in, lawyers pay to be included in their list of referral attorneys.  If you are an attorney and they call you unsolicited, it is likely a sales call.
