Making missed calls..Going to give complaint

I called this number yesterday after I had talked to someone about getting a warranty for my Hyundai, and it was an extremely bad connection. I gave them my VIN and maybe even my SSN (Horrors!). My phone got disconnected later that day. A blessing in disguise? I called that number back on my cell phone later that night at work and, much to my displeasure, the word SWEEPSTAKES came up! I knew right then that this could not be a legitimate business, though I was hoping it was. This is an auto warranty we're talking about! I doubt they'll be calling me back now that my phone is disconnected.

Says my warranty service is about to expire....and says this is the last call...well I wish it were!

They have been calling me for about 3 months now there calling my dads cell phone too. Im pretty sure its a scam. A law suit needs to be brought up against them, one for not fallowing the FTC's rules and for pissing me off.

I wish they would stop calling me !!!.......I'm not interested in their warranty program

Thay call me during school.. over and ober again. Even if I just ler it go to voicemail.. they will call again. Right away! I've answered it and it's a recording.. but this has been going on for weeks.. it needs to stop.

These calls are not coming from legitimate telemarketing businesses that are required to register with Federal Trade Commission & review the do not call list every 31 days to remove new registrants from their calling lists. Having your # on FTC do not call list won't stop them. These are phone scammers, phone harrassers & probably cell phone hackers. When you get a call from them, pick up phone press * four times fast, example ****, then hang up. This will make their recording stop & their router thinks they've reached a disconnected # & they will remove it from their calling list.

Keep getting same warranty calls. I'm on the do not call list at home and my cell phones. I get these calls on all my phones and work phones. supervisor said her name was Kendra but REFUSED to give me the address or phone number of the company or Name of any officer of the supposed company. I've been told the name of the company is "Warranty Services of America." I've also been told the name is "General Warranty Services  282 Main St.  Salem, New Hampshire 03079   Phone # 888-685-6150.
They are as fraudulent as it gets and extremely annoying.

Everyother day i get a call about a warranty that i have no idea what the heck they are talking about. recently it started on my work number too.

no idea, when I saw the 760 prefix, I ended the call.

just received call on my cell. It has been going on for months now. It uses my minutes and very annoying.

Keep saying about I miss the warranty of company and so on.  I don't need it.

I get these calls on a daily basis.  I'm in sales and have a national territory so I need to answer out of town calls.  I've tried everything to get them to stop calling.  The closest I ever got was to speak with a representative and explained that I had a few questions before I wanted to purchase a warranty.  The only question I asked was since I no longer own the vehicle why do you call me EVERY day?  They hung up on me as usual, lol.  Tried the supervisor thing, nothing worked.  These calls cost me time and money and are very frustrating.  I would do anything to make them stop, including signing up for a class action lawsuit.  So if you really are serious Jason, let me know, I'm game.

They are idiots!! they've been calling me for over 6 months. I've tried everything. I cnxld my number from their calling list, they still call. I've spoken to a rep and kindly asked for my number to be removed, they hung up on my face. I left a v/m on the "managers" ext. explaing the situation, no change. This is harrassment b/c nuttin seems to work. Oh apparently there are several X amount of companies they call on behalf. So removing it one day will NOT permanently from their system b/c the next day they might call for another b/s company. You would have to call and remove every single time you receive a call...it's just stupid and a waste of time.

I have been called by this company regarding a warrenty that does not exist. There have been multiple times I have requested to be pulled form thier call list. The calls continue to come over months now and when I request to speak with a supervisor I am put on hold then hung up on. I know that this is highly illegal practice and I want the company strung up for it. If anyone would like to participate in any a joint class action lawsuit Please replay here and I will begin researching cause this has gone on too long!!!

this number has been calling my son alot!!!  they keep telling him that his insurance is about to expire--IT IS NOT!!!   IF they call again, they will probably be reported to the police for harrassment.  We have called the DO NOT CALL number.  SO they should not be calling again.     KIm Cavanagh, Blakes mother.

I just got a new phone a week ago and for the past three days, I have been getting a call from this number.  I haven't picked up the phone because I don't know the number.  I figure if the call was important, they would leave a message, but they haven't.  Just put my number on the do not call list, lets see if it works.

I recently bought a used GMC Jimmy, a '91 might I add, and I get that call on my cell all the time. I try not to give any personal info over the but having a video production business sometimes prevents that.

Also, my cell phone is part of a multi-phone plan and it is under my mother's name, and who knows what kind of crap she posts.

Same thing, a recording saying my warranty is up. I'm on a don't call list but it doesn't seems to be doing much. I want to speak with customer service to tell them to take me off their list but I'm scared to press a button bc who knows if they'll charge me! Does anyone answer Craigslist postings? That's my only explaination as to how they get my number.

Some stupid recording saying I had missed all of the calls about my factory warranty running up on my car. I've taken my number off of the list and they just keep calling me with different numbers.

This is a company calling about my vehicle's factory warranty that doesn't even exsist.  They call me from different phone numbers every single day.

Rcvd several calls from this number..when I press 1 someone answers and immediately ask me for VIN number and registration of my vehicle..I told them that since I have many vehicles which one are they referring to..They tell me that due to Security they cant tell me..so I told them that due to security I can't give them that info..they hung up.
What gets me is that they have the audacity to tell me my vehicle will get RECLASSIFIED.next time I will press 2 to supposedly get taken of their calling list.

Totally annoying!!! They call and leave a message but they never say anything...uuuggghhh. I use my cell as my business phone...wastes my time and my money!!

Do cell phone companies have the "annoying calls" list to block these calls? I never answer numbers I don't know and the messages are always a recording about a "final message regarding  your vehicle warranty" which I don't even have!

Automated call
