I recievied a phone call from this number, they left me a voicemail saying it was urgent to call me back. I called the number the 760 681 1369 number back and got an answer. He wanted my phone number and I gave it he said that I am going to be sued for a online loan I never paid back. I asked him who he worked for he said the Federal US Governement. I was really fishy about this because one you have a middle eastern accent u say i am going to be sued by the govenment and he wanted my attorneys number and name. I dont know what to believe but as soon as i told the guy that i applied for a loan for 5000 online and never got approved they called me everyday from this number before but i told him that and i told him i never got approved and that i figured it was a scam after i researched it. after that he stopped talking. little weird that u would stop talking cause u know i am right.

I actually did get a loan......from another company, this "A..hole" calls me up at work, had me terrified that I was gonna have a lawsuit for collateral check fraud and all this garbage, but if I paid right away, I could settle out of court.  So I called the people I actually have a loan thru and they told me it was a scam.   What a piece of garbage!  I called right back and "left a message" telling him that I was gonna be the one pressing charges if he ever called my work or cell # ever again!

I recieved a call at work today from 760-618-1369.  I could barely understand him he had a strong Indian accent.  He had my home address, employer and the last four of my SSN.  He said I have three alligations against me for a payday loan that I took out (I have not taken a payday loan) and that I needed to give him my attorneys name to send the documents.  I asked why this is the first I have heard of this, he said they emailed me and I never responded.  I let him know that is bull and that he could send me the information to my home.  He then started in on something about my employer and me going to jail, i hung up.  How do these people get our information?

I keep getting a call from the same people.  I finally called them back because the last voicemail they left me was a bit threatening.  I spoke to some guy that I couldn't even understand what he said his name was or where he was from but he said they are investigating a criminal act on me.  I advised him to continue investigation because he has the wrong person.  I plan to speak with our DCA as well as the AG.  I don't know who these people are or who they think they are but this is ridiculous.  When I called back to try to get more information they wouldn't answer and the voicemail was in a another language.

So I called back again this time with my phone number blocked and they still wouldn't answer.

I got a message today from someone named John Smith from a Federal Collection Agency telling me that I owed to a payday loan company named PayDayCashNet. He threatened to have the local police come to my job and also to the references that I listed.  He said that I was going to lose my job.  When I asked him why I wasn't notified by mail he said that I had been notified by email. My response to him was that was ridiculous.  Fortunately my son overheard the conversation and told me about a news report by our local tv station that reported on this very scam.  My phonce call came from the same number also.  I will be filing a report with the Attorney General.

Yeah, I got one of these calls today at work.  I have since reported it to the Department of Consumer Affairs and also plan on filing a criminal report with the Police once I get off of work.  Take a look at "The Saint's" comments under the number search for 760-933-8095.  They were very helpful for me.

My boyfriend applied for a quick loan as well.  Today he was phoned by a someone claiming to be part of law firm suing him.  I phoned the number and, on the 4th call, a man with an Indian accent picked up claiming to be a law fim (Barry T. Simmons) in Los Angeles (not possible with a 760 area code).  I tried to get as much information as possible but he hung up when he realized I was phishing.  Check out "Saint's" comment on the subject, it's very informative (http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-760-933-8095).  I encouraged my boyfriend to report them to consumer affairs, but I'm going to go onto the .gov site for California to see where else we can report them and I would encourage you to report the Pay Day site to used.  Let the authorities decide whether or not they were negligent in their handling of your personal information.

Calls himself William Smith. Not with that east indian accent! Anyway, we had filled out paper work on the net for a small loan. When they learned we didn't have direct deposit, they said we can help you anymore. So we said fine, cancel it. Now he's calling us with threats of law suit! 760-618-1369 is number he is calling from !
