they are from India and are scammers and will call you from many different phone numbers-buy a wistle and blow there ears out. why take so long for fbi to gt them scammers as they have many company names and will call from all.

I got the same thing, a text about 3 am from "Chase" about some instant loan for $1500. Must be a phishing scam. Block the number.

My CELL phone just now rang AT 3:OO AM, TWICE in a row. They ran once, hung up and rang again within a couple of seconds. They left 2 text messages- both said the same exact thing. It was an ad from a place called CASHIN2HRS.COM that said Chase was offering $1,500 loans.
3:00AM!!!!! people. What happened to the no calls after 9PM law and no solicitor calls on cell phones at all??????
