I have been getting calls from this company for weeks now and they just called now and It's past 9PM!

Dead Air (silence) is all that is heard when the call is answered. The Character, Jason Bourne, unlocked a safe with a recording of someone's voice, so it might not be too far fetched that maybe a recording of just saying, "Hello" could be used for something fraudulent. With so many high tech scammers out there, maybe a little paranoia is the healthy.
Just food for thought.

Does anyone know were we report calls like this for official investigation?
My guess would be local police departments or maybe local FBI "a phone fraud dept." maybe.
Any other ideas?

On 9/22/08 we also received a call from this "Int'l" number...no message...but the same as reported by everybody else.  You get a disconnected message when you dial it back, etc.  Just a waste of everyone's time.

Just got a call from the above number. It was a recording offering to extend the warranty on my car. I'm in the 760 area code but the name came up as INTL. NUMBER. Anyone could let me know what company this is I'd appreciate it. I am gonna sue the be-jesus out of them.

I too have been receiving calls from 760-669-3001 labeled INTL. on caller I.D. each time it has been dead air and no messages. What is this?

This is very strange, I received a call from 760-669-3001 also, but missed the call as I was in a meeting.  The caller left me a message that I couldn't understand, except for the first word which was my name!  The caller was a male voice and distinctly said my name then the message was very garbled, but I could make out a few words and numbers.  He distinctly said Victorville and the zip code of 92395 then, It sounded like he was giving me a phone number to call back, but the number started with "00" which is over seas.  I am in real estate, so I thought it was a client call.  But I would never call the number he gave me, it has to be a scam.  I did try to call the 760-669-3001 number from my caller ID, but Verizon message said that my call could not be completed.  I tried texting to it, I received a msg back that the number was a land line, therefore could not receive text's.  I'll be sure to answer if it calls back.

At approximately 5:30pm, I received this "INTL. NUMBER", (from my area code). When I answered the call, the caller hung up. Reverse look up says that the number does not exsist. When I call the number, a recording says that the call cannot be completed as dialed.
