i have received text from the same number. Then few hours later i got text from 828-403-7002.
I had received text 15 days back from 7146863150. All mention, getting cash etc.
I have my number on do not call list still they are texting me and due to this i am being charged for
text's. why are people stooping so low? i will report this organization to BBB. If somebody has
other organization i can go to to report this hasslement and blatant disregard to US Constitution please let me know.

My wife received a text this morning at 7:36 AM from this number. The company's name is BestCashPlace.com . This is the second morning that she has received a text from this company. Yesterday, at 7:14 AM, it was from them only using the phone number of 510-409-5319.  It appears from BestCashPlace.com's website that they are a loan broker, supposedly matching "payday"  loan applications with various lenders.  I could not find any contact information for this entity.  Since appling for a loan from them would involve providing your bank account information, driver's license number and/or social security number, I would be very wary of the legitimacy of this company.
