I just received a call from this number as well... same situation as the rest of these people on here. A lady asked me in English if I spoke Spanish. I said no, then she hung up. At first I thought it was local, because of the big Spanish- speaking population I live in, but the number didn't make sense and wasn't local.

Lady asked if I spoke spanish. I said yes, she stated she was social worker with University of San Diego. She wanted to speak to the phone's owner, I asked for name of person she's looking repeatedly and she wouldn't say. Finally, she hung up.

Same as Mary Rose.  Answered it and some lady asking if I spoke Spanish.  I just said who is this, and she insisted... then finally she hung up.  I did not try to call  back.

i recieved call but unable to hold on it but when i call back, it is a disconnected phone line. also tha other day the same number calls me in english with a lady asking me if i understand spanish and said no,,later i check and call back , it is a disconnected phone line.

got a phone call from this number and it is a collection agency------do not answer it.
