I rec'd 2 calls from this number 760-88-0185, both calls where from a women with a heavy indian accent, she idetified herself as Rachel Smith and on the 2nd phone call since I did not call them they will take immediate action place of employment or my resident.

I have been receiving calls like this offmand on since last year.  I had contact Washington State Attorney General Office and Colorado State Attorny Office. Now this phone number is in the California area.  

People put enough information out there so that this stops, these threatening  calls are stressful and has made me sick.  Contact your personal attorneys, FTC (Federal Trade Commision and report this.

i called hopkins law firm and that told me these are scamers dont belive anything they say. they been doin this for some time now. i had to change my fathers cell phone number.

They called me today and called my job looking for me saying I received a payday loan that o never received and they are pressing theft charges on me. It freaked me out and I got a lawyer and pulled credit reports and bank statements. I am going to attempt to persue a law suit for stress harassment and deflimation of character saying that I am a theif. They have messed with the wrong one now...

Very threatening calls I am worried for my Identities safety and would like to report this number to whoever can track these scammers down and get it resolved. Do not need this harrassment at work and on my cell phone!

told me that i owed $1,156.00 and that i had to pay it now or go to jail but he would work out uther payment arrangements threaten me over and over with jail

Keeps calling saying I got a pay as u go loan. I did not.

We just received a call from them. Guy with heavy heavy accent identifies himself as Ron Thomas. Our caller ID says Escondido, CA.  Says if we disregard the message and don't call back that all he can say is "good luck". I can't believe he actually left that on a recorded voice message. I know it is next to impossible for the police to catch these guys but I am debating whether to report it to our local police due to the threatening nature of the message he left. I made the mistake of applying for a loan online and first our checking was ripped off for $30 for a "membership fee", got that taken care of and now this over a month later. I thought we were out of the woods, guess not. I never accepted any loan offers and can prove our account never received any deposits.

Scam Alert!  Hopkins law firm, Indian accent, claiming I owe a loan that I never paid. This is BullSh...t!
