Received a call from 760-892-0581, caller ID shows Santa Ysabel, CA it is a debt collecter JC Christianson - bottom feeder collecter.  I have no debt so I don't know why they are calling my number.  Claims it's important that someone from my number return they're call.....Who the hell are they calling for, they never ask for anyone by name.
