I ve been getting phone calls all day from 7609353892 saying that i took payday loans out in november 2010 and didnt pay them back never did get a payday loan. they told me they were sending 2 officers to arrest me and hold me for court. Had no. ran by 2 police departments and they are from pakistan.

David Parker has been calling me from David Harrison Legal Services from 510-991-1006 or 662-049-8820 or 666-049-8820 or 666-051-2799.  The caller ID says it's a call from the East San Franciso Bay Area. Same scenario of they will come to my work to arrest me if I don't pay $1700.  Indian male, fast, threatening talker.  So annoying.

This is a scam! I also reported them same # 760-935-3892. They want you to be scared and pay up the money,

I received the same call from this guy with very heavy accent claiming he was James Anderson.  I started receiving calls from same people using different tel. nos.  So far, I have collected 5 different tel. nos.  I do not know how to stop these guys.  They have my personal information.  Please help.  Thank you.

I am so mad these mother suckers keep calling every day my job my cell phone what can we do! There should be some why we should be able to find these people and sue them for many days of phone calls. When you call back it says something about googles subscriber mailbox is full. So what do Google have to do with all of this and us.

So I am wondering what we all have in common that they could have gotten a hold off. There must have been a leakage of information from somewhere.. Bank - Phone Company ?  Something that we all have in common and we need to get this resolved this is some BS... I about flipped my lid when I listened to the message on my phone..

That I needed to call them back now or they would send 2 cops to my home address or work place and that I could face charges for up to $10,000.00... Ok :)    I called back with no answer just a recording say that the Ext was to full to accept my message.

Jack Clark has called us 3 times today from 760-935-3892.  I have no idea how he even got our unlisted phone number, and we have never taken out a pay day loan.

I have received 2 calls stating that i am named in a criminal fraud case and should call him to get it taken careof.  I like the idea of calling him and demanding payment or else. lol

I called the FTC 877-382-4357 and they gave me a number to Equifax (I can't find it, but they'll give it to you) so I could report possible fraudulent activity on my credit. Then I got on the FBI's website (www.fbi.gov) and reported the number as well. I got the most comfort when I called Equifax to protect my credit.

Oh man! That's hilarious! I think I'm gonna try that!

got a call on feb21 2011 heavy middle eastern accented man said he was david mckensie(yeah right). he said that I must call this number to settle an issue or I will be sued in court for 10000. I told him it was kind of odd that he was calling from a private line and a first name of david didnt seem right for his nationality. Told him that I would be in California soon and we could talk about this"case" in his office or was he using a mens room gas station as an office. he hung up on me! Imagine that! What a crock of ****. If they call again I will call the FTC on them and the FBI because I am not sure what kind of personal information they have on me or anybody else they have tried to scam.

I received a message on 2-18 on my home voice mail from a man with a heavy accent, hard to understand, stating that I had an upaid debt and they were taking me to court. I called the 760 935 3892 number and a different man, also with an accent, said he was with a law  firm in California, that I was under investigation for an upaid Pay Day Loan and the authorities would come to my house on Monday and present me with papers.  I asked a lot of questions about their names and locations - he said his name was Scott Summers and he also gave the name Ray McKenzie.  He said an officer David Parker was investigating and I asked for his number and was given 760-465-2628.  I called this number and another man with an accent was totally evasive when I asked for proof and paper work and said I shouldn't worry, I would be served papers on Monday and would be taken to court!  They gave the names of two people that I supposedly used as references on the "loan" I took out, which is total BS.  But the two people are a relative and someone he knows, so somehow they are getting information they shouldn't.  I'm going to the FTC website and reporting this - please do the same!

They are harassing me at work.

I've received several calls from this Ray McKenzie from 760-935-3892, also stating that I owe $1000 cash advance that I borrowed in 2009.  I advised I'd never done that, he stated "fine, ignore the debt, we'll see you in court and it will cost me $12k to get out of it, best of luck".  I finally after arguing with them got that it was some law firm named David and David.  I asked for the name and phone number of the company I supposedly borrowed from, was told that it was confidential because they represented the company for a debt owed.  I advised that it was public record and that I had a right to info that concerned a court matter against me, they told me no, good luck in court if you don't pay.

I need to find out how to report them to the FTC and whoever else I need to, because they have way too much information on me, name, ssn, address, dl# and email address, this is very scary.

I have been receiving calls from this number for two weeks and they called my human resources department yesterday!  The man has a thick Indian accent and said his name was Ray McKenzie.  I asked them to send me specific information about the account that I owed money to and he said that they couldn't send it to me.  They have given me three different amounts that I owe and have been telling me that I will receive information for the past two weeks.  I asked him the name of his company and he couldn't tell me that. After questioning him more, he started to get frustrated and told me that he would just see me in court. I reported them to the FTC yesterday and am thinking about contacting the FBI if I get a call from them again.  I am glad to hear that I am not the only one being harrassed by these people, but it is very frustrating.  I feel bad for those who get scared and pay them.

I just keep calling them back everyday and ask how much do I owe and everytime it is a different amount one time is 300 next time is 340 next time is 1200.  I keep calling and saying can i send a check they say no and then I just start harrassing them back I keep calling them back about 5 times a day and now they dont call me anymore because i think they know my # by now and also I keep telling them that they owe me money because I have never received the money that they sent me.  So I would suggest keep calling them back and they cant bother you  anymore.

I received a message from this number on 2/16 stating from what I could understand that I needed to pay a past debt and would need to contact or have my attorney contact them immediatley.  It was unclear who or what since the messenger had a heavy Indian accent.  He did end the call to advise I had to as for him (Alex Martin) when caling back.  Have no idea who or what this is about so am ignoring but keeping the message for reference purpose if needed.  Seems to have scam written all over it.

This is a scam phone call. Check out my post about phone number 760-465-2628. Says he's from David Harrison Legal Services and is trying to collect on a payday loan that's delinquent. Either I can go to court and risk losing $7-8K or I can PAY HIM the past due balance of $1000 right now. I've reported the previous number to the FTC and the FBI already. I suggest you do the same.
