The agent took my parent's information down to create a Do Not Fax record in their system.
The process was to create a file and putting "No" in for contact information.

Everyone on this call may want to reach out to that group.

The names have obviously been put on a Call list of anyone here - and they haven't reviewed their non-contact/non-successful fax rules on their call list.

This number is calling every 2 to 3 minutes.  Sounds like a fax. It is most annoying especially 1, 2,3,4,5,6 in the morning. Please help stop this.

Whomever works at this company (National Intake whom is sending insurance verifications on behalf of United Healthcare) needs to get their telephone numbers CORRECT before sending out faxes and or calling people over and over again in an attempt to send a fax. My Verizon cell phone's visual voicemail receives faxes so I was able to view the five page fax I received.  It contained  medical diagnosis and current treatment for someone I do not know!! I looked up the intended physicians office it was to be sent to-it's not even the same area code as me, nor is the physicians fax number even close to my cell phone number!!!    National Intake's telephone number listed on the fax is: 866-604-3267.

This number calls 10+ times daily beginning at 7:00 pm until 3:00.  When we answer, it's a fax.

Actually, this turned out to be a legitimate fax I had requested from United Healthcare.  They must be using some fax service that doesn't show who it's from.  On the first call, I just heard the initial fax beep twice, then nothing.  I thought it was bogus, looked up various sites, saw the other reference to United Healthcare, and someone else referred to Secure Horizons, and it ended up being something they had requested.  So I decided to push receive on the fax machine when I got a repeat call (probably an auto redial) 8 minutes later.  It turned out to be a fax I had requested last week.  Hope this helps everyone.  I, too, am so burned by all the bad calls, that you never know anymore, and lose all trust, but I'm glad I accepted the fax this time.

Call 3 times every 5 min starting at 10:30pm, does not leave a message.

I've received three calls from this number in the last 15 minutes.

The company has received 3 calls from (Fax: 763-367-4031) today to this business number (248-968-2300)within 3 hours.  Please stop!

Same problem as reported by others - repeated calls with nothing but fax beep.  Three calls within the last ten min on a Monday morning, this after a multitude last Friday (at least they took the weekend off...)   Have blocked the number.

Last Night I received two calls, minutes apart, at 4 a.m.  My telephones are on the Do Not Call List!
They should be fined judging from all the complaints I have been reading!

I keep getting calls from this #, and it seems to be a fax trying to send me a fax to my phone line.  It keeps dialing me back.  What can I do to stop it?  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Keep getting calls from this number. It's a fax just like everyone else says. Next one I get, I'm gonna transfer it to the fax machine and see what comes through. Earlier in the day, got a call from a 1-888 number. When I picked it up, no one was there so I called it back. The voice recording when I picked up the phone said something about a do not call list and sounded like a law firm. That number was 1-888-826-5108, don't know if they are related. I'm in an office

This number keeps calling my cell number.  I am not a member of United Healthcare ....they need to quit calling.  They keep calling every three minutes.  I have had to silence my phone.  I work at a law office and this is ridiculous

We received 3 faxes yesterday from the # 763-367-4031 all 3 faxes were 697 pages long and consisted of random numbers, letters and symbols.  The number did not show up on the faxes or on the reports and we had to go through a lot of measures to retrieve the number from our phone carrier as well as to block the number from sending future transmissions.  How can we report this number and find out who it is sending us these bogus messages?

Started getting calls from this # today.  Like all the rest of the posts say, it's a fax machine, and it's calling my personal cell phone #.

With luck, it's 'smart' enough to recognize a "Disconnected Line" message and stop calling for good.

This number just randomly started BLOWING UP my phone.  It's called 6 times in the past 15 minutes or so.  Left a voicemail that was blank... When I tried to call it back it sounds like it's a fax machine.

Have gotten about 20 Calls from this number within the last hour, I call the number it says to call got rude lady who told me how do you know it is us, lets just say have not received anymore phone calls so guess was them...
