How do I get the calls to stop if no one picks up; the vm from Judy?

They call me a lot too  - its food perspectives - a market research company - call it back and you get a voice mail for Judy.

I got two calls today alone with in 30 minutes of each other. No message left AND it's Sunday evening. Who is this?
