If you ever receive an unsolicited call from a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) operation, it will probably come in the form of a recording. Get as much info as you can such as a contact name, phone number and web address from that recording.

Pretend to be nice to them, when you call back. Tell them you are very interested. Sound excited at the opportunity.

Go on to tell them you were expecting their call because one of three friends of yours told you they were going to recommend this MLM operation get in touch with you. Your objective is to try to get them to reveal the name and address of the person who recommended you. That person will be in your upline.

You just might be surprised to find out the person in your upline is a long time enemy of yours. Or just a nosy, no-good neighbor you never liked.

What these people are doing is attempting to use you to sell products in order to make them money.

The extent some people will go to to harrass and use someone else for their benefit is unbelievable.

Once you have this information, you can add it to the other information you have to make a case of harrassment against the person.

I think this is happening to me now. And now that I think about it, I have received about dozen of these types of MLM calls, when I didn't have a 9-5 job.

Whenever I have been between jobs, mysteriously I start receiving these types of calls. And interestingly my neighbors on both sides of me don't receive the call. The call mysteriously always seems to come to me.
