oh wow i placed an ad as well yesterday on craigslist. i bet thats how they did this.

this number called me six times this morning....i never answered. glad i looked at this site. thanks for the heads up people.

SCAM. this number and MANY others are clearly a HUGE Scam! this number is from an island off of Venezuela - and the thing is your phone (cell, mobile, etc) company CHARGES YOU everything they call - which is $2/call/minute! Verizon will not reverse the fee. the only loser is the one who owns a cell phone and gets calls! if it goes to voice mail, bam  it is $2! so you lose no matter what. 767-275-9074 /

This number called my daughters phone, it wasn't answered or called back, yet i have a charge for this number!!! it's only 3.99, but how many people get this charge and not notice it and they pay this and these scammers get thousands a month!!! Call your providers and check your bill!!!!

FYI... received calls on my cell phone yesterday from 767-275-9074 & 268-762-0138... both only rang a couple of times then quit... this occurred after posting an ad on Craig's List with my phone as contact..

they are not with the target data theft because i do not shop target. but the common denominator with all of us is verizon from what i am reading. welcome to the wonderful world of technology.

I just got this call from DOMINICA. Had a call last night from ANTIGUA.
I'm verizon in Illinois.
Am wondering if we are perhaps all Target shoppers & our cell numbers were some of the stolen / sold data?

this came up as missed call. I use pay by month service and it is not due until mid of next month. the recording from my virgin carrier said sorry you do not have enough money to make this call. I double checked and my monthly is paid. they sound like they are trying to get money from my cell account somehow. SCAM I spose. no one answers. they did not leave a message either

Got a call from them at 12:30am

Called me at 7:35am today. I did not answer and will not call back.

Called at 9:47 PM central time. It ran twice and then they hung up. I didn't call them back. Says its from Dominica. That's all I know about it.

Called at 11:33 PM.  Phone rings twice...just enough to wake us...and hangs up.

Rang once. No message. Same thing happened to me on January 16th from a different number. Also from Dominican Republic. Now both numbers are blocked: (767) 275-9074, (767) 275-9190.

January 17th I also received a call from (268) 762-0138 Antigua/Barbuda.

Super annoying.

Phone rang for a split second and then stopped. I also received a call from 268-762-0158 a few days later, same thing. I did not answer or call back. And I have not shopped at Target.

We do not know this person. Got a call on my cellphone from a Dominica Island number 767-275-9074 early in the morning hours and found out the town in Dominica from where it was made. Tango messaging service is causing this. They have security risk associated with using their service which need to be addressed.
