SCAM! NEVER CALL BACK! Missed calls.  This was a missed call to my cell phone from (767)275-9193 in Dominica on a US Holiday January 20th, 2014, at 0900.  Did not answer.  Caller did not leave a voicemail.

My subscriber says I called 767-275-9193, Roseau, Dominican Republic, on 11 Jan 2014.   I was charged $1.99 for the 1 minute call.  I did not place this call.  I was told that the call was initiated from my end, and I cannot be credited for the charge.

Glad I ran across this site, I received one of those 767 calls last night, hung up before I answered it, looked in the phone book and it showed there was no 767 area code in U.S., did a search on the code and found this site, sure am glad I didn't try to call back. THANKS

One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada,  Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:

2nd number I have received from Dominican. Just started this week and have received multiple calls.  My brother-in-law says he is getting them too.  I was reading with the phone next to me and never heard it ring.

I, too, live in Charlotte and received this call at 9:20 this morning. Mine came from 767-275-9190. Looks like they've gotten a list of local phone numbers and are making the rounds. Beware indeed.

I recieved a call from this number this morning at 8:46 A.M. and from a similar number, 767-275-9070, on January 15th around, 10:30 P.M. Both times I happened to be awake, and both times I deferred the call to voicemail, which they didn't leave. By rule, I don't answer unknown numbers that originate here in Charlotte, much less from Dominica. Thanks for the information, everyone! I figured this was a scam, and I was right! Beware, my friends, beware.

they called have called twice in the last 2 nights late 10PM but the phone only rings once and nothing.  I did call back but just had music on the line with a recording to hold for the operator.  I am blocking the number!

One call from this number could be a mistake or wrong number.  Hundreds of hang up calls is more likely to be a phishing scam.  So it is kind of helpful to know how many other people have calls from this number.  I had one too.

Number has called 3 times within the past two days, along with a couple other numbers that state "dominica" and "antigua/barbuda" which is 268-762-0023

767-275-9193 has been call repeatedly for a couple days.. one or two rings and they hang up.

I received this call at 5:46 EST. I didn't bother to answer since I didn't recognize the number or the area code. Caller left no message. Based on the previous comments I'm placing number in my call block list "pronto."

Phone rangs 5 times, then they hung up. No idea who this is.  Will reject this number from now on.

No one has been warned. Your scamming callers do not maintain this site or this web page. No callers can magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. Criminals who mass-dial and violate various laws have no plans to stop calling you no matter what you say and regardless of your DNC registrations. They need first to be sued or jailed.

Don't try returning the call, either, unless you like fat phone bills.
