This number is Chrysler Financial.  Apparently, if they can't reach you at home, and you have an out-of-state cell number (I live in NH but I keep my cell number in LA so my daughter can call me from her mom's house and have it be a local call), then they bombard your cell with calls from the same area as your cell.  Chrysler Financial sucks a**!!!

But the worst part is that they use the cell area code being in the central time zone to completely ignore the "no calls after 9pm" law.  I've complained to the authorities and Chrysler just apologizes and say they will correct their records, but they never do.  They really shouldn't be able to say that my phone number confuses them - they do have my friggin address after all.
