This # with no name showed up on my CELL phone. It was a recorded message from WCA and says it is NOT a sales/soliitaion call and is very important. Then they start to try to sell you life insurance or something and ask you to press 1. I hung up and tried to call it back from a safe lan line phone, it wont even RING, let alone answer or have a message. I blocked it through my phone carrier for 3 months,free.
