Same as above but called my ex-wife {from 20 years ago} and same want her info. She called my mother which told me and I have been trying to call but get voice mail.Also found out the number they are using in a Skype number not a land line or cell number. watch out.....

I have also received two calls from him. He is calling everyone who knows my exhusband ("listed as a relative") including my parents. Same story line as the above comments...check fraud blah blah blah. The caller said he wants my official statement. I told him my statement is that I don't know s*** & to stop calling, please. Now after searching his name and #, it's quite apparent it's either a scam or a debt collector maybe??

Just got a call from Eric Baker. He had a my proper name and a relative's name in a check fraud case and needed my statement as a reference.  Same phone number, but ended in 1932.  Will not call back, but I'm trying to figure out how he got my proper name - this relative doesn't know my proper name - and tied me to this other person.

Also got a call from Eric Baker. I didn't answer it. He left a message about a check fraud case labelled accused. He was looking for a statement from me concerning my involvement. Nonsense! Won't call back...

Got a voicemail from an Eric Baker saying he was with District investigations he knew my full name and needed information I had about a Christian something. Left me number to call back, when I called back got a voicemail with someone elses name I didn't leave message. I didn't recognize name he gave me as accused so I am ignoring for now unless he calls back.

Some strange guy named Mark left a message on my phone saying I was being charged with fraud and he wanted my side of the story and that I should call and leave him a message with my information. When I called the number back as asked who he wanted and he became very hostile and rude and told me I must be apart of some sort of fraud because I refused to give him my name. When  I asked him who he was calling for he told me I had a problem and then I heard a woman laughing in the background. This is obviously some sort of scam be careful, after all fools like this call around tax time.

Collector called and threatened to place a warrant for my arrest.  Mr. Shaw also stated "Tell you wife to take your dick out of her mouth"
I am filing a complaint with the ftc right now.
