They occasionally seem to switch their number around, claiming to be from Verizon and that my paper bill can't be delivered. I don't get paper bills from Verizon.

Got a call from them today, its a total scam....
They told me it was about a bill, and I told them I get mail from Verizon and all of my information is up to date.
It seems they were after my physical address....I was NOT giving this to them, but they do need to be stopped. Who can we report them to?

received call from this no while in church on Sun.  Did not recognize so did not answer, after a few minutes I got a call fro -0465.  Also did not recognize that number and did not answer.  No message was left for either number.

constantly calls my phone and my husbands phone,,,heard it was a scam, if you answer, you are charged.

They claimed to be with Verizon and called me to ask if my name was Ben Verne. I told them no. They wanted to confirm if they had the correct number. I told them no. They hung up. I checked the phone account. I was charged for the call. Verizon does NOT bill you if they contact you. This is a scam. What information they are looking for I know not. Beware!

same thing happened to me.

I have been getting calles from this 770 area code for 4days. They are using different numbers each time. Last four of 0471, 2085, 2084. I don't answer as I dont know anyone in that state.

Had them calling for over a year. They never left a message, and when I called back they never answered. I told them multiple times to stop calling me and to put me on their do not call list, but they kept calling back.
They finally stopped calling after the third time I answered the phone "911, please state the nature of your emergency" in a week. Haven't heard from them in 3 months.

This is a legit call from Verizon. They are made when any paper document is sent back to them as undeliverable (bill, statement, etc...).

got a call from this number, claimed to be "lakeisha" from verizon stating that my bill was sent back to them due to an incorrect address on my statement and they wanted me to confirm my address ... little do THEY know, i've gone paperless with verizon and so there's no reason for a paper bill to have been mailed to an incorrect address and when i asked what address they show on the statement that was returned, all she was "permitted" to tell me was the city ...

They called my cell # yesterday(12-14) claiming to be verizon, and wanted my address.  Been with verizon for about 6 yrs-make sense to anyone?  Then called customer service at verizon-suprise, they don't recognize the number- I think the term is bottom feeders at CHRISTMAS..

It was Verizon confirming that I agreed to have an equipment change (which I did).

Called I didn't answer ( because I didn't recognize it ) left no message. They will be blocked.

I have no idea who this is either; but we can all agree that it's not someone we know. - so they've been blocked
