They are at it still.  They disregard your requests to remove them from their list.   If you answer, the calls increase.  You can remind them you are on the DNC list, that you would never use a company who harasses you for the merchant services, etc.  So anybody who would use this service over a reputable and professional credit card service, must be either a novice in this area or a complete idiot.  Real professional businesses would never succumb to this backwoods sub par practices of these telepests.  While the marketers are the ones who are subjected to the ill treatment, the ones in charge should be the ones who pay---- stop allowing companies like this to get even one customer from these methods.  Do not allow an appointment, research who you CC services are with. Do they have complaints, then switch.  I would never trust a company pulling these tactics.  Why would they not sell your number over and over to companies selling other products.  Shame on you!

i have had the same problem they call up to 3 times a day. I request they put me on the do not call list, but the continue to call almost daily how to get them to stop? feed up

Yeah they called me as well I did a little background research and found that they are nothing but scam artist. I even had one of the sales guys to come to give me more information about the credit card machine and caught him in like maybe three lies.

This company called 5 times within an hour. They had previously called everyday for a week. I am not a business so I don't need their services. They are just irritating. Their number and business will be turned over to the authorities. Hopefully the calls will stop.

OMG!! I am astonished to see the postings of complaints from this unprofessional, rude, ignorant bunch of  dropouts!!!

They will not quit calling me and i have advised them to stop , not interested, what part of that do you not understand. I am on the do not call list and yet these pests will not stop calling.

Called back the number and spoke with 'Krista'.  I told her that we continuously keep receiving calls from there company and have asked now, for the past 3 years, each time we are contacted to please remove us from there call list.  Yet, they continue to ignore.  She apologized, but didn't mean it.

She said "We are a business and we can continue to call businesses, regardless if you want us to contact you or not".  I said that was illegal.  Krista said "We are exempt from the Do Not Call List, so those rules do not apply to us".

This company is clearly in violation.

My employee shared with me that we have received another call from this company and indicated that the employee calling from this company was very rude and unprofessional and refused to give his name along with the name of the company he was calling from.  First off, the FTC passed a law indicating that all solicitors must present there name along with the name of the company they are calling from, before asking to speak with who they are calling for.  They are also to honor a request to remove the number they had called from there call list, which they have yet to do.

I called the number which was on caller ID.  The lady I spoke with was very unhelpful.  I stressed to this employee that a business is not supposed solicit once they have been told to remove the number from there call list.  I am certain that this company has a small call center and could figure out which employee of there's had contacted my company once again, after being told not to contact our company again.

As a business owner, I simply do not have time to waste speaking with solicitors.  My employees are to answer customer calls and have permission to request a company not contact our company, again.

I cannot get over how unprofessional this company is and how they refuse to honor a simple request.  I refuse to deal business with companies who are unprofessional.

There corporate office is equally unprofessional as the office is here in Georgia.  You mean to tell me that your receptionist cannot take a simple request to remove a number from there database or handle a complaint.  You're telling me that there is no one available that I can speak to who can take my complaint.  Seriously folks, is this the type of company you really want to be dealing business with?  I certainly don't.

I think it is time that this company gets fined for there continued phone calls, after being asked to remove a number.  I know many companies who are happy to honer a simple request.

Very unprofessional.  Never stated his name and the name of the company he was calling from.  Caller ID gave away that it was another credit card processing solicitation.  Asked for the owner, I said I was and he laughed and said ok, well most of the time I get the janitor or someone else answering the phone and I replied that's because most of the time the owners never answer the phone and that they rely on other staff to answer the company phones for there company.  Really, I am not the owner, but seriously, the owner doesn't have time to talk to people who waste our time.
He said he would call back, and I replied no, you've got me on the phone so lets talk.  I also told him that I felt that it was really unprofessional of there company to not train there employees to state there name and the company they are calling from, before asking to speak with who they are calling from.  We are trained to state our name and the company we are calling from, before asking to speak with who we are calling for.  He said ok have a great day and hung up.
Very, very unprofessional.

Ok, they called again so if they call you, you need to call Matt Shepard at 1-800-726-2117.  You have to go through the directory where you spell his name but it puts you right through to his phone.  The first two times, I left a voice mail.  The third time I called and the 6th time today I received a call from them, he answered the phone.  He said he will find out what is going on with the Atlanta office and make sure they quit calling me.  So if they are calling you it seems to work. He just called me back while I was typing to verify that the number I called him on is the number they are calling me on.

These jokers are still calling me so I called the VP of Sales at the home office again and left another message.  I told him that every time they call me, I am going to call him until he can get it straight with them to remove my name and number.  I also told him that the next time they call, I will post his name and number on the internet so it will be easy for others to do the same.

At about 9:15 AM I received a call from this number.  I am on the Do Not Call List.  She said that they were a credit card merchant and I was referred to them.  I asked who referred me and she couldn't answer.  She then said that I registered for a business license.  I said then you lied, I wasn't referred, you bought a list with my name and number on it and I am on the Do Not Call Registry.  She then mouthed off at me and hung up.  15 minutes later the phone rang again, same number.  This time is was a gentleman.  I told him I was just contacted by his business and to remove my name from his company's calling list.  He said yes and hung up.  10 minutes later, another call from the same number.  This time they just sat there and didn't say anything.  I said I am reporting you to the Do Not Call Registry, BBB and Attorney General's office and hung up.  I have now reported them to all three of those as well as finding the name of the VP of Sales for the company in OH and leaving a voice mail on his phone about the practices of the Atlanta office and the steps I have taken.  I told him that there were plenty of complaints on the internet concerning this number.
