Got a call from this number from a guy idiot name royce. It sounded like a scammer, i told him to send me something in writing. He sent a letter stating i have 30 days to commit to the debt. Its a loan i got one day when i was drunk, i regret ever getting that loan. I'll borrow the money from my parents to get him off my a$$.

I received a call from this number yesterday. Guy name royce told me about a debt i thought was in my bankruptcy. I had my attorney call him and get some info. he sent him all info. requested. Come to find out i didn't include this loan in my bankruptcy. My attorney said to settle on it, i did. Also the scammers  that everyone is talking about are located in India not in the usa. Anyway my attorney dealt with royce he's out of my hair!!!!

Any clue where this is from?

Did he actually  "Proof"  who he was?  I think this scam would have been better off without your input....

This dude Royce called me from this number and i checked him out he is legit. He sent me a letter from his office to proof who he was. I settled on old payday loan, those payday companies are scams. They charge alot of interest and never apply it to the loan. They then send it out to another company then you have to pay off the principal. Man i'm glad thats over with, whoever reads this don't get a payday they are the scammers!!!!

I recieved a call from mr.royce and he informed me about this account that was in his office. My ex what a loser took out funds in my name and left me with the bill. mr.royce was nice enough to give me a low arrangement to resolve the matter. sometimes i hate men!

Well good for you! Now give us "Mr. Royces" real name, valid address, legitimate phone number, business license number, the states he's licensed to collect in, etc.

I recieved a call from this number and i was able to pay off a loan i forgot totally about. Mr.Royce gave me a opportunity to resolve what i owed at a reduced rate. I didn't have the problems others have. I try to be responsible at all times i'm glad i was contacted i'm trying to purchase a home soon good luck !!!!

Tell the desperate scumbag to adhere to federal law and mail you (not e-mail or fax.) full, verifiable proof of his claim in writing. If he refuses he has confirmed he's a fraud or his claims are invalid. At that point, feel free to invite him to go phuq himself.

i recived a call from a mr royce from the same number saying i was being sued for check fraud he had my work number and my social. when i asked for a copy of the suit to be sent to me by mail he said no he wouldnt sent it and i told him i wanted the papers to show my lawyer he wanted the lawyer name and fax i told him no and he said that i didnt have one. he was a rude man i am 18 weeks pregnant i dont need this stress. the number he called from was 770-450-6278

Recieved a call from this number and it was a man named royce that said he is calling on behalf of the county i live in for depository check fraud and wanted to speak to my husband. he wouldnt give any other info. i live in texas and believe it is fraud. we have had these calls before and he sounds like the same person that called and asked for me another time saying that he was going to come pick me up and take me to jail if i didnt pay 1500 right then on the phone. Said he was with bergham ashner and associates
